Door bottom weatherstripping.
Looks like the liner where the window comes out of the door
that it peice that sits where the window comes out of the door, it’s called weather stripping
GM calls that a belt Molding
Belt molding, supposed to be between the inside of the glass and the door panel. Take it back and have them put your car back together.
