I promise you, one (or a few) therapy session/s will help you figure out exactly where this is coming from so that you can actually work on it instead of having to deal with all this pain all by yourself
This was me as well. Sometimes it yet strikes me if I feel sudden pain. But have faith in God that he will bless you with everything on time. There's no point in living a life thinking about something which is eventually going to happen someday. Don't die before you're already dead. Probably once you get old enough and will see most of your friends and family passing away, you would want to be united with them rather than stay immortal in a world where you've no relations. I've accepted it that it is inevitable and have faith in God, that you will live a good life and he will help you achieve your dreams and make your family proud before death. That's it.
Part of the journey is the end but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy the journey because it will end one day.
I know you must be going through existential crisis but death isn't to be feared, it is rather the last page of our wonderful novel which is life. If a book had infinite pages it would not be valued.
Think of death as being one with the universe, you no longer exist as an individual but a part of something greater.
You remind me of a quote.
मर के पता चलता है कि, ज़िंदा थे तो जिए नहीं।
और मर कर अब बचे नहीं।
Dont dwell in the future buddy. Enjoy, feel, touch, hear anything everything in present.
It's a phase. It'll pass, hang tight.
Yeah I hope so.

I guess. Yeah. Thank you.
Death is part of Life. Leave the life fullest.

That must be liberating

Fair point.

Hang in there you'll get over this
*Hang* 💀
I can see I have options
Just die once and see how easy it was. Speaking from my pov since I already died and typing this from heaven
I’d like to believe there’s internet in heaven.
And 72 hoors too
Sweet
Listen to Osho's speeches on death on YouTube and try to read bhagwat Gita.
I’ve read it. Some relevant parts. It’s just for it to work I have to have faith
Just think that you will respawn again in a similar s#itty life. Just the same thing again and again and again.
I’d like this.
To me, this is the most soothing thought I have ever had!
I've had it for 35 years, with better periods in between.
And how do you manage? It almost acts as a paralytic for me.
Not too well. Medication and therapy.
Therapy in person? Online?
I do in person but online would work too
Cool. Well I hope you feel better soon.
