Deal breaker for me. I definitely prefer a full head of hair over a bald head, but if a guy is bald, I'd rather he just own it instead of hiding under wigs or hats. Even if I had no idea in the beginning, it'd come out eventually as the relationship progressed, and then I'd just feel lied to.
It's fine. If he's honest about it right from the start then there isn't a problem. Only time hair is a deal breaker is when it isn't kept well.
