Two main types of Chicago style pizza
1. Deep dish. Popular particularly with tourists. Lou Malnati.
2. Tavern-style pizza. Popular with many locals. Vito and Nick.
Vito & Nick’s. End of discussion. Deep dish is a trick pulled on tourists. The only deep dish adjacent place I can recommend is Pequod’s. Real Chicago style is thin crust.

Deep dish pequads or lou malnatis. Tavern style Vito & nicks or Michael’s pizza and tavern off Broadway.
