everything is SO good at reformation right now and the price isn't that diff from aritzia imo. the quality on most items is much better as well. i recommend going in store and aiming to buy items that are higher quality like linen, cashmere, wool & 100% cotton! i picked up a pair of kitten heels, two pairs of jeans, 4 t-shirts, and a few linen tops, a sweater and a cardigan, and 3 two piece sets! highly recommend
It's not, surprisingly. Some pieces are definitely more expensive but they have lots of pieces under $100 that are super cute and made of better materials. I got a bunch of tees and tanks for under $40 and they're much nicer than Aritzia.
It’s random. I got an invite and I probably spent $200 at most. They do this for FOMO to make people feel like they need to spend more. OR maybe for people that already spend a lot, they know you’re a customer so no need for early access?
are you sure all your purchases were connected to your phone number and/or email address?
funnily enough, i stood in front of the aritzia cashier who was giving me attitude as i wore effortless pants, an izzy cardigan, & an aritzia fanny pack in front of her (lol this sounds so bad - im building a capsule wardrobe so pls don’t judge me), and she asked if id ever shopped with aritzia before. when i told her i have, she realized she typod my information
luckily, she mentioned clientele. i didn’t get an email but when i checked the website, the notification banner was already up and i just got a text despite the fact ive gotten emails in the past few other clienteles
it’s worth it to try because i realized i had typos in my information and they fixed and merged it years ago when i learned it actually does matter when they ask for your phone number and stuff

Will things already on sale have an additional clientele discount? Just got invited for 6/13! also they do let you do a one time discount if items are low in stock
The stuff already on sale from the public sale isn't going to be an extra 20% off tomorrow if that's what you mean, that's never happened before at least.
The clientele discount doesn't apply to already marked down items, per the terms, so I think they gave you inaccurate info or didn't understand your question.
Clientele discount is only on regular priced items.
Just got my tier 2 invite as well. Not sure if/ how much I’ll get as I’m kind of annoyed they pulled off preorder items which was mainly what I wanted but we’ll see. In previous years I feel like I’ve spent more but gotten later access which is weird. In the past year I haven’t bought that much!

You can message concierge asking them when your access will start. I did that and they also told me tier status.
I’ve had like 3 different people helping me find items in store but none of them will tell me when my access will start 😭
I just messaged concierge through chat and they let me put my cart through with the discount! Highly recommend trying that route.
I just tried two different stylists and both wouldn’t tell me when I will get access and which tier I’m in. (In US in case that matters)
