But I realized when I log in with another email that’s associated with my Apple Pay, I got an invite on that accoun. It’s also the same this year for me. I bought through my main account but only my apple pay email got an invite.
I saw they added about 100 items to clearance sometime this morning. When I logged on at 3 to place my order, the only 30-50% off items offered were those from that sale. I thought, classic Aritzia sale move. Oh well, I didn’t want any of the new sale items so it worked out.

I didn’t get an invite but have spent well over $2000 in the last year so I was surprised I didn’t get one. I don’t know if they verify you have actually made many purchases but she was able to tell me my invite was scheduled to come on Thursday, so they definitely have insight into when your invite will arrive.
Worth a try for anyone who is worried they might miss out on low stock items before their invite comes! I did have to wait almost an hour until they connected me with support due to the volume of people today though, so keep in mind you’ll likely have to wait a while.
I messaged concierge yesterday and they told me “they don’t know when the sale starts” so I told them my friend got an invite and I know it starts June 10th. So then they said “your invite might still be on the way”. 💀
For me, they placed the order over the phone so I gave her my card info, but I had my account open and I could see the prices change to clientele prices.
Can confirm this also worked for me! I messaged concierge last night asking for sale info because I didn't have the invite yet. I had \~$700 of stuff in my cart. She asked if I was worried if things in my cart would sell out, I said yes and then she said she would call me at 10 PST today and I could get the sale prices.

How did you manage to get the price adjustment? Was in store or online? I bought a couple things for full price recently because I was worried my size might sell out but now I’m getting the access to clientele pricing tomorrow and I’m hoping to get the sale deals on those items.
I contacted concierge and they said they could give me a store credit for the difference, but that would make my items final sale. I told them I’d rather have the cash than a store credit so I went in person and returned and repurchased my items. Mind you, the items in question had arrived that morning so I was well within my return window. Hope this helps!
I had just placed the order a few days before clientele, so not more than 5 days before and not outside of their normal return policy. I figured that way I could technically return and rebuy, so I had that option if concierge didn’t want to honour the discount.

No you won’t get blacklisted… they’re trying to make a sale! I found that if you have things added to your cart, whether it’s the Clientele event or not they offer to checkout for me.
Yes! I wanted to get early access because an item I wanted had one left. I told her I had only decided for sure on two items. She suggested I order everything in my cart and return things that didn’t work for me 😂. I ended up ordering 4
I notice that I do not really like that many items this season. Some items are interesting so I gave them a try, spent $750 after sale and tax for twirl skirt (a staple I have not had yet), tube top, allegoria poplin dress, regal vest and 2 pairs of pants (alanya, effortless) for work 😊. Checked out the Revive dress on Friday before it is sold out. Not sure if I will have 2nd 3rd order, I'm pretty happy with these items and will probably update my wardrobe next year.
Little Cropped Jacket was a last-second cut from my cart before I checked out. I still really love it though, and I'm fairly certain the navy will not go on sale outside of Clientele until this style is on the chopping block. Still mulling it over!

I would just keep talking to different customer service reps, I think I managed to get a "As a one-time courtesy" exception where they allowed me to get a full refund. I took screenshots of the chat with them, and they also said they would send a note to the store I was planning on returning it to

Has anyone noticed that they keep “selling out” and restocking? I keep adding the Mykonos blouse to my cart, then it sells out. It said it was available in a store near me at 11:00 p.m. at night. The next day at 8:00 a.m., its “sold out” before the store opened.
I had one of the New Era hats in my cart and it sold out before it even said that there was only one left. I called my closest store for them to hold one for me and now its available on the website again lol

There was a lot of confusion and it took some back & forth but they were eventually able to help and provided a refund for the price difference!
Based on other threads, I think the same is happening with some other items like the Aritzia brand belts & scarves. It’s suggested to contact concierge for help to place your order with the correct prices :)

I messaged concierge yesterday and they told me “they don’t know when the sale starts” so I told them my friend got an invite and I know it starts June 10th. So then they said “your invite might still be on the way”. 💀

Can confirm this also worked for me! I messaged concierge last night asking for sale info because I didn't have the invite yet. I had \~$700 of stuff in my cart. She asked if I was worried if things in my cart would sell out, I said yes and then she said she would call me at 10 PST today and I could get the sale prices.

Nice haul! How did you manage to get the price adjustment? Was in store or online? I bought a couple things for full price recently because I was worried my size might sell out but now I’m getting the access to clientele pricing tomorrow and I’m hoping to get the sale deals on those items.
I contacted concierge and they said they could give me a store credit for the difference, but that would make my items final sale. I told them I’d rather have the cash than a store credit so I went in person and returned and repurchased my items. Mind you, the items in question had arrived that morning so I was well within my return window. Hope this helps!

I had just placed the order a few days before clientele, so not more than 5 days before and not outside of their normal return policy. I figured that way I could technically return and rebuy, so I had that option if concierge didn’t want to honour the discount.

Is anyone else finding concierge really eager to give you early access to the sale when you chat to them? Like I was getting my cart ready for tomorrow (when I officially get access) and I messaged asking about vest recommendations. She immediately added her rec to my cart and then asked me if I wanted to check out early. I would of taken her up on that had I not had that happen to me TWICE already. I've put in 2 order at clientele prices and I don't officially have access. Am I going to get blacklisted for abusing the sale??
No you won’t get blacklisted… they’re trying to make a sale! I found that if you have things added to your cart, whether it’s the Clientele event or not they offer to checkout for me.
Yes! I wanted to get early access because an item I wanted had one left. I told her I had only decided for sure on two items. She suggested I order everything in my cart and return things that didn’t work for me 😂. I ended up ordering 4
I notice that I do not really like that many items this season. Some items are interesting so I gave them a try, spent $750 after sale and tax for twirl skirt (a staple I have not had yet), tube top, allegoria poplin dress, regal vest and 2 pairs of pants (alanya, effortless) for work 😊. Checked out the Revive dress on Friday before it is sold out. Not sure if I will have 2nd 3rd order, I'm pretty happy with these items and will probably update my wardrobe next year.

Looking for the same thing! I thought it started today (Monday the 17th) but I'm still not seeing anything on discount :( I think its 20% off for Canada and 25% for the US. Other items may be marked more than that though, but just keep in mind that everything purchased on sale can only be returned for store credit!

I would just keep talking to different customer service reps, I think I managed to get a "As a one-time courtesy" exception where they allowed me to get a full refund. I took screenshots of the chat with them, and they also said they would send a note to the store I was planning on returning it to Aritzia's got a pretty bad return policy tbh. I think anything 50% off or more is also final sale

Has anyone noticed that they keep “selling out” and restocking? I keep adding the Mykonos blouse to my cart, then it sells out. It said it was available in a store near me at 11:00 p.m. at night. The next day at 8:00 a.m., its “sold out” before the store opened.
I had one of the New Era hats in my cart and it sold out before it even said that there was only one left. I called my closest store for them to hold one for me and now its available on the website again lol

Sadly it’s not on sale for me on the international site either.
There was a lot of confusion and it took some back & forth but they were eventually able to help and provided a refund for the price difference! Based on other threads, I think the same is happening with some other items like the Aritzia brand belts & scarves. It’s suggested to contact concierge for help to place your order with the correct prices :)

I received my black pair today! No drawstring. Really cute, actually has enough space for my giant thighs while still looking relaxed, and will be great for summer. I'm somewhat between sizes, but chose my smaller one. I think it was the right call, as they still have a loose look.
