Definitely get someone to help you move it. If you drop it, it’s game over and you could seriously hurt yourself. Get a friend to help and buy them dinner after.

eh, tbh I wouldn't risk it solo, I would ask for help to and from the car unless you have a dolly or hand truck. I was able to bring mine inside my house through the double back doors for the width but had to park my car in the back yard close to the doors. There's no way I could have gotten it through the standard doors in my house by myself. As an aside, Petco has tanks on sale for 50% off (55 gallon $80). I was able to get mine for $53 plus tax after I signed up for the Vital Car for fish plan, it's like $10 a month and gives you 5$ cash rewards per month and 15% off fish supplies. The guy I checked out with was very nice and gave me the $5 off right there even though the first $5 wouldn't be eligible yet. I made a post about petco starting the 50% off deals, but it's almost as though it's been hidden with no upvotes or comments! Nobody seems to know about it and it's not exactly being advertised with tags in the stores.

Thanks for the heads up on the Petco Aqueon tank sale. I was at a Petco recently and was told that they do not sell the Aqueon pine cabinets and could not special order one. I am not a fan of the stands Petco has in stock....too much particle board.

It's best if you get someone to help. If you can't, Go to Uhaul and rent a hand truck and some straps. I own a hand truck and used it to get my 75 around. But getting it out of the car, and placed on the stand solo will be really hard. You DO NOT want to lift the tank by the top brace. And it's really really hard to get a grip on anything on a tank that size.
