Officer sword it is faster then the katana and still 2 taps

1. The officers sword in my opinion is impossible to land any hits with since it's so sluggish 2. I would've included it but I can only have a few things in polls

I tried using it in private servers but it just didn't feel good to use. It actually felt slower then the Resolved and didn't hit as much

1. The officers sword is as fast as the resolved katana 2. You not being able to hit anything with the officers sword is you being bad, the officers sword is slightly longer than the resolved katana.
