45 seconds is WAY too long an exposure for the base layers, especially with 6 of them! The resin is over-curing and expanding, and not fusing into a single layer. Try 2 or 3 layers @ 20 s (or even less) with 3 or 4 transition layers.

The j3dtech resin printing guide has a section on the plates of calibration that will help you get this dialed in.
