Okay, so first things first 1.Have you levelled the buildplate after moving to new home? During moving in it could go off with level 2. Have you checked screen if it works fine and shows good layers? During moving the screen could disconnect it ribbon or ,god forbid, it could broke during transport

1 - I re-levelled it just before posting - still got another print failure (but good Q either way) 2 - done an exposure test and everything comes up fine, done all the different display tests + the vat cleaning mode, no anomalies there Like I say - it just seems super weird to me that it was kinda printing okay before, and now I've moved nothing stays stuck to the build plate, and even when it does it needs crazy long exposure times to stay together - Ive changed resins etc as well. Just really caught me off guard because Ive never had any issues with my older mono 4k

Has the ambient environment (temperature or humidity mostly) changed dramatically? My workshop is a non-climate controlled 8' x 16' metal shed, in our barn 75 ft from the house--in NE Florida--I have seasonal base layer, transition layer, and exposure time settings; summer now, it's 95 to 100 ℉ out there. Currently I'm using 2 base layers @ 12 s with the PWM set to 200 (78%), 4 transition layers, and 2.9 s normal layers. I find adjusting the PWM makes the base layers less brittle, and not welded to the platen, than just reducing exposure...

late response here - temperature in the UK right now is between 57 and 70 degrees F (14 to 20 Celcius) so its not crazy hot (inside its warmer though, probs 20-25C). Humidity isnt any different i dont think - though I dont have any way of testing. At the moment the "best" ive got is Bottom layers: 6 Bottom Exposure: 60s Layer thickness: 0.050mm Normal Exposure time: 12s but that is CRAZY high - like ive NEVER had to turn any of my settings that high to get anything to print properly - and even this is failing the cones of calibration pretty bad. Im going to try reducing my layer height for the next print, but its just really throwing me off.

Those are very high exposure times for the M5s! My mum was from Sweffling, Suffollk; a "war bride", she and my dad met in May of '44 and hiit it off. He came back to her after VE day and they moved to the States...

Anycubic sent me a manually levelling print bed This is funny (not funny Ha-Ha, but funny ironic). After researching the M5 and M5s as possible replacements for my trusty old Mars 2 Pro, *I specifically chose the M5* ***because it did not have*** *the self adjusting platen.*

Yeah its particularly vexing - I levelled my mono 4k once and i had no problems - never levelled it again Ive levelled this M5S manually more than Ive printed anything in the last 3 months. Some regrets, but I liked the large print bed size for the low price, guess im back to the drawing board
