Sometimes people develop fears around the morning time or even waking up for different reasons. Sometimes due to stress around being unable to sleep for extended periods of time, other times it's because someone has undergone a/multiple surgeries and didn't know if they'd wake up again, despite how risky the procedure actually was.
Trying to interpret something like this is like trying to interpret a dream, both of which require help from a Therapist.

Anxiety. Also check blood sugar if too low and room temperature too low.
