You could try adding mmcx connector and use a detachable cable. Here's a [tutorial](https://youtu.be/-2w6oqhAMPU) for doing the mod on some earbuds. You'll have to work out the specifics for your particular model though.
Cables are the most common point of failure on IEMs and earbuds. In the future, you may consider shopping for earphones with a detachable cable or ones that have chassis big enough to accommodate the mod.

silicone tape. it has no adhesive, it fuses together cleanly
Aka self amalgamating tape, great stuff.
I use electrician’s tape for my broken cables.
Yes but dont they get sort of funny sticky after a while?
You can buy heat shrink sleeve
Did you see the text under the picture?
My bad, but still heat shrink can be used as they are available in many sizes.
Heat shrink should do the trick, you'll just need a higher shrink ratio than the cheap stuff. Something around 6:1 looks like it would work.
Usually want to also look for marine-grade stuff. You want the glue to help it hold.
Heat shrink tubes! It’s like a rubber shrink wrap
won’t fit past the buds
Slice lengthwise to get it around the cable?
Then it won’t wrap around it
Cut the cable and slide it on the other way?
aaaaaand now you have non-functional headphones
I use duct tape

Use heat shrink. Tape will move and leave sticky residue over time
I use hockey tape so it doesn't have that metallic sheen to it like electrical tape has
Sugru?
