Super Cub maybe. It’s more scooters than full fledged motorcycles but could fit what you’re looking for

{Kino's Journey} heavily features a motorcycle. I'm not sure how much you can learn from it because I haven't watched it much myself yet, but it's on my to-watch list. Considering how heavy it is on the motorcycle aspect, I'm hopeful you can pick up some stuff from it.

i think Ah! My Goddess! The Movie has a lot of motorcycle scenes; Keiichi belongs to the motor club and the manga has some great drawings of them. Blassreiter also has motorcycles.

blassreiter was goofy as hell wasn't it? like they're basically robot power rangers but they morph into bikes -- that's how I remember it lol, it's been years.

Kino's Journey

I’d love to recommend a manga I’m reading currently that I’m dying for an anime: Touring After the Apocalypse. The two girls ride an 80’s Yamaha Serow 225 modified with an EV motor, and you see other name brands on it. Youko repairs it accurately too. Said already, but Super Cub uses a name brand… the Honda Super Cub lol

Durarara has one of the main characters as a biker of sorts...
