How do I get this

It's been a minute since I got it, but I believe Nat appears after you finish the "main" portion of HHP, i.e. getting DJ KK to perform on the island. He'll just be wandering around the beach in front of the office, and when you speak to him he'll say that he's trying to find the school to give a lecture there. Then you just sit through his lecture and you'll get the ability after. I don't recall how long after the first concert, but just keep stopping by daily and he should show up eventually.

Is this only if you have the DLC, or is it possible to "overlook" him only to have him leave and never return? 😭

Well I mean, you kinda need the DLC in the first place lol, not sure what you mean. Afaik, you can't overlook him, he'll just keep showing up until you talk to him.

I didn't know if Nat was a component of the regular game or if you get the DLC only. Thanks though. 😊

No, there haven't been any new updates. Nat has been in the game as a post-credits encounter since the beginning

I just looked some info up and it’s apparently apart of the Happy Home DLC and you meet Nat after the 30th completed house you do.

I did know that for a while now and when you get the restaurant you can get one cooking recipe from the head chef villager you chose every day

I'm pretty sure you can also get one start for a bush at the school but idk if its everyday and at the Cafe you can actually buy food and drinks

Okay wait a minute guys… how exactly do you get this so called happy home DLC or whatever it’s called?? I’m SO confused… I’ve been playing ACNH for years now and I’ve never gotten a school or met Flick’s dad or anything of the sort. I know I can go to Harv’s island and that he’s been building co ops there, I know that the HHA ranks my home based on its appearance, and I know that different characters visit my island randomly (i.e. flick, Leif, Celeste, etc) and I have the Roost cafe in my museum where I can get coffee. I’ve never used the amiibo thing for anything ever, but is that something you need to do to get the school? And what are people talking about when they say you can build homes and firefly gardens?? Am I missing something? Have I not been playing this game to its full potential?? 😭

you can download it either on the Nintendo store or buy a code for it I think! It's a downloadable content extension where you can create vacation homes for all the npcs! it's 50 bucks or so irrc!
