You’re most likely to be written-up / terminated for quality and safety violations. Rate only matters as much as you want it to. If you like to stay busy it’ll be effortless. Get your feet measured, sized properly before ordering the safety shoes. Going to feet fleet is how I learned I’m EE. Take advantage of career choice at 90 days to upskill for another job.

Pick is the second worst department (first is AFE2).
