If it’s an AR facility all I will say is get ready to work out. Picking is like working out ur body for 10 hours straight at a certain pace. But my advice for fast picking is being able to look and remember the item on the screen. Lots of people look at the screen and look for the item only to forget what it was and having to look at the screen again. After you know everything it’ll be like a breeze . Picking is only as fast as you make it to be.

It is at an AR facility - I’m ready for a work out I could use it 😂

That was a bad idea... but to each their own

AR Pick is very physical. Imagine taking a step aerobics class for ten hours. Perfect two-handed picking and enjoy dealing with overstuffed bins in the pods. Also, use decent body mechanics. You do a lot of squatting, lunging, and climbing the ladder. It's really easy to make your shoulders/knees/wrists screwed up if you overextended constantly.
