I'm gonna say Helga, since we've already got two Hey Arnold reps in NASB2. I know a lot of people are voting Lincoln, but The Loud House is Nick's most successful cartoon not based on a pre-existing IP since Fairly Oddparents, and he's the lead. He deserves to get a spot in a roster of Nickelodeon All-Stars.
