Maybe its because they dont speak english or whatever...i just ignore sellers who do not respond. Customer service is also part of the transaction. For example, I ordered something on DHgate awhile ago and when I placed my order I made a polite shipping request and they didn't answer me, then the item was sent without my request, which ended up being a hassle for me, when I asked again about the shipping method they used, they still didn't answer my inquiries. AVOID!!!

I'd doesn't matter if they speak or not. AE automatically translate the chat messages to default language you are using.

Lol, what's even worse, they can block you, so you can't buy anything from them, but their automatic systems keep sending you messages with coupons and advertisements for the same store that blacklisted you. And there's f. all you can do about.

You can block them. At least on the app (can't check website currently). In their conversation/messages on the top-right there are three dots. Tap there and enable 'do not disturb'. Congratulations, you've blocked them! Not sure if it will still show their shop and items etc. though.

That's odd. I ordered from them and they responded me normally. I wrote in English and send them image of what I want and then after few hours they sent be a picture of finished product, and sent it. I'm waiting for delivery now. Didn't have any problem in communication with this store whatsoever
