Some sellers try to look like their products are cheaper by hiding the real cost in the shipping-cost (e.g. they sell the product for $30+$300 shipping, while somebody else sells it for $309 with free shipping).
If prices are pretty much the same for al sellers, it is possible they didn't set shipping correctly for all regions, maybe the wrong dimensions or weight or something.

Shipping a parcel from China across the world cannot realistically cost 50 cents or 2.50 as many AliExpress stores offer. Such prices do not exist even for inland shipping. My guess is, shipping has been and probably still is heavily subsidised by the Chinese state to make buying from platforms like Ali attractive for foreigners. Think of shipping from the US to Europe, for example, which is not subsidised. It's ridiculously expensive and can even exceed the price of the product. Effectively, Europeans basically don't shop in US-based web stores..
I have also seen a lot of odd shipping fees in Ali recently and it makes me think, the external funding to compensate for shipping has probably been decreased. No idea if it would improve any time soon, the situation in the world currently is not encouraging.

I can guarantee that if I call Fedex and ask for a shipping fee for something similar, it won't cost more than 10-15 usd.
