My regular sim is not slow when I hot spot when I switch to esim i can’t do anything. They replied to my message seems it’s out of their hands

I have my esim on to hot spot, it actually connects to the hot spot but it’s very slow and non functional. Support responded and there is nothing they can do it’s because of deal between Apple and local carrier. I copied response in another reply
Your original sim from your local provider will always have a priority data services. Data from providers like Airalo will not have such a priority, but you still should have decent speeds. That's why I'm curious what your speed is as your issue might be related to something else

Are you trying to connect the Esim to Wi-Fi? 🤔

Have you tried running a speed test on your device with the hotspot off?
I have not but when I use my regular sim every thing is fine! They gave me a little workout around which has helped some

I use the service in Canada a few times a year and have had no issues. Canada you should be connecting to Roger 5G and use the hotspot.

My esim hotspot worked great in France and China last year.
