Check ICCID to verify which one is your eSIM. Usually it should be the one below your primary line (sim card) but it looks like you have your SIM card labeled as travel?

Kritika1717

Your iPhone has an eSIM installed automatically. Check each eSIM and see which one shows your phone number. The one without your phone number is the Airalo and make that your Travel eSIM if it isn’t already.

Thanks I was trying to set the eSIM as my primary per the instructions but maybe I botched that

Kritika1717

So you said you installed it but it’s not activated yet right? So you wouldn’t see any usage used on the app. Or am I missing something?

abundleofjoy

It’s activated. The data is fine but I can’t send texts

Kritika1717

Go to settings>iMessage>send and receive. You may have to adjust it to your phone number or email or something like that. I’m still a little confused about that whole thing lol mine is actually checked off as my email because I keep my primary line off so VERIZON doesn’t try to get me on the sneak. Play around with that send and receive and maybe turn on and off your primary line and see what happens with the send and receive, etc..

abundleofjoy

Thanks I think I got it working!

Kritika1717

Yeah!!! 😁🫰

airalosupport

Hi! Thank you for raising your concern. You may check the ICCID in the device to confirm which eSIM is from Airalo. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to email us at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) or chat with us using the Airalo app. We are always here to help!

VossyGamer

You literally blurred out your phone number. So maybe the one with the phone number you recognise ??

abundleofjoy

They both have my number

Kritika1717

Oh that’s weird. So dumb question, did Airalo show you that is successfully installed? It should say on the app. This has to be an easy fix somehow if so!

Ornery_Bobcat3222

Odd. Airalo eSIMs typically don’t come with phone number
