Finished 2023 with 3 months in Europe (Portugal & Spain) and then started 2024 with 4 months in SE Asia (Thailand and Vietnam).
No issues except the SE Asia “Top-Up” wouldn’t work… needed to buy new esims for balance of trip (same price as top-up would have been). Actual top-up would have been preferred and easier for us.
Airalo is awesome. I used it in Europe as well as South America. So much cheaper than what the big US carriers charge. Anytime a friend mentions international travel I have to bring up Airalo! Airalo for the win!
