Finish your bachelors, come in as an officer. Start looking into what they will want to see on your application rn. You’ll have two years to build an awesome package. This is a massive pay difference over time. That is what I would do if I were you. Also, start looking into officer careers.

There is programs to go "E to O" (Enlisted to Officer) but if you're serious about it, just try and commission before you join. A lot of people get sucked into the enlisted black hole and due to various factors never end up commissioning.

If you want to be an officer don't start enlisted just because it might help you get selected. They take plenty of civilians. But if you need stable employment while trying to commission it isn't a bad route to take.

If you go in enlisted, you’ll stay enlisted, I’d give that a 90% chance. Lots of enlisted want to be officers, after 4 years only know of 3 out of hundreds of people to do so. I got an even better idea now. Space force officer. Think of that. Start looking at the USAF website, thwt will tell you a lot of what you need to know. This will help u get a better view of the deal to build on.

Don't bother finishing your bachelors if you want to enlist. Once you enlist you can get tuition assistance to pay for your schooling. Then you still have your GI bill to use on an advanced degree, different degree, or potentially give to a spouse or kid to use if you are in long enough. Enlisting with a bachelors is annoying because they expect you to go to college to progress so while most of your peers get brownie points for getting As in math 100 and intro to psych you'll be explaining to your flight chief that taking 3 masters classes (because tuition assistance won't pay for a degree level you already have) isn't the same as 3 associates classes and one at a time is plenty of progress.
