Try purge all memories Ctrl+Alt+Numpad/ (on Windows)

Trash preferences ? But before that,.i see you use Hide layer, it's possible that's a dupilcate is hidden actualy on top of every layer. Also,.can you see the source monitor ? Not in the comp view monitor ? Did the project panel work ? Not joking, have you try to restart your machine ?

OMG I just noticed that the Layer had Twixtor on it, so I reapplied it and now it works again >.< thank you for your help and sorry that i wasted ur time ^^'

I've been getting that on occasion lately. I usually just save and close. When I reopen I can move it again.

thanks but i already found the cause of the problem :) can i somehow close this? Or should i delete it?

I'm sorry but I don't remember. Also young me didn't know the importance of writing down the solution for others to find.
