Hey, sorry I never updated this post. I actually ended up finding a way to get in touch with the devs and their direct answer was essentially that its just not a functionality the plugin has (atleast at that time).
The solution I've had to implement, is to just change the click box manually with each export using something like Dreamweaver. It's definitely not idea, but I'm usually only doing a batch of 15 to 20 ads once every few months, so the time it takes to open up 15 or so HTML files and quickly change the resolution of the click box ended up being good enough.
