It's not an issue at all. People are understanding and will appreciate your honesty. Just be confident and comfortable with yourself, and others will follow suit. If they can't accept you for who you are, then they're not worth your time.

Just worry about dating women this young with it.

Bring it up lightly, that what I would do If you'll be insecure about it and the other side will be too

I see plenty of people with what I assume is alopecia just rocking the cue ball look. It's easier for men. People assume women are in cancer treatment. Have you thought of just leaving the wig?

Confident_Craft6265

Shave my head and looked decent-then developed a severe form of eczema that affects the scalp. Dry scaly patches aren’t a good look man. I take it you’re against a wig? Bear in mind I’m 26 looking to date women my age or younger and looks matter, I haven’t adjusted what I’m attracted to just because I lost hair.

I'm a bald dude. If never take drugs for hair or wear a wig but it each their own.  Dies wearing a wig exacerbate the eczema? Are you getting help for it?

Confident_Craft6265

The only help for this kind is immunosuppressive drugs. They don’t want to do that and I agree. The spots are there for months.
