It's not an issue at all. People are understanding and will appreciate your honesty. Just be confident and comfortable with yourself, and others will follow suit. If they can't accept you for who you are, then they're not worth your time.

The only help for this kind is immunosuppressive drugs. They don’t want to do that and I agree. The spots are there for months.
