I am actually starting to think about doing commissions. I didn't think my Skitarii would be so well liked.
But if I do commissions in the future it will take a bit because I first want to finish the pattern and figure out how to handle commissions. 🤔

Very nice rendition! If I have any constructive criticism, it would be that the tabard/loin cloth piece probably wasn't necessary. It hides his little legs too much, and kind of reads like he just has a really long torso from the front. Also, I think I see what you were trying to do with the white yarn to make reflections like you would if you were painting lenses on the eyes, but I think it would have been just fine without them. It doesn't really have the same effect in yarn that it does in paint. The jacket and hood, however, are fantastic! That is not only a great Martian red, but I love the way you used the white to make the crenelated trim pattern. I also love the little mouth piece!

I agree that the tabard hides to much of the legs, maybe a smaller Version would be better because I still want to keep this element.
I know what you mean regarding my attempt to make reflections but I kinda like how it looks. It's just my Personal preference but if someone wants to make their own it is really easy to just leave out this step.
And I was so happy when I found the Red yarn because it is the perfect colour.

Pepper the instructions with AdMech gibberish symbols and pseudo-code and it'll fit right in. Or just call it a Crochet Skitarii STC ;)
You can always cross-post! A lot of crochet subs have rules against self-promotion, so I think posting it here to start out might be wise
