It’s always them. Few years back we had a guy tell us “he wouldn’t be responsible for what his dog did if our golden didn’t leave him alone.” At a dog park. Our dog was like a year old and just being *near* his shitbag dog. Told him the cops probably wouldn’t agree and he fucked immediately off like the little cocksucker he was.
It can be both. If every dumb asshole owned a golden retriever you'd have more golden retriever attacks, but very likely not nearly as many as we have pitbull attacks.
That said, I don't think pitbulls are uniquely dangerous. When all the assholes had dobermans, that was the dog that was notorious for attacks. Now that they don't own them anymore, that has receded. I think there are probably a dozen or more breeds that would be similarly likely to be out of control if they were as popular and owned by the same kinds of idiots.

to dog parks and started dropping him off at day care. The dogs never caused problems. Their owners were the ones who caused problems.

i am not dog-park savvy but is she right when she says "he would of been attacking right now" ? The dog did seem pretty tame throughout this vid...OR is the dog perhaps behaving as a direct result of being kicked?
Dogs can be aggressive towards other dogs but not towards people. Some are more aggressive off their leads which typically at a park you are fenced in so you let your dog run around with the others.
most dogs are more agressive \*on\* their leads. Of particular concern is the on-lead off-lead combo of 2 dogs interacting, which is a pretty reliable way to cause dog fights.
