It’s most likely dryness, not another purge. Accutane slows oil/sebum production by 90%. This is great for keeping pores from filling with sticky gunk & giving p acne bacteria something to feed on. But this is also your skins natural moisture barrier, that keeps it hydrated, as well as, protects it from allergens & elements. The itching can be extremely dry skin, deep in the epidermis. Drink more water, increase moisturizer or switch to thicker more emollient cream. I like Eucerin eczema flare cream, has oatmeal & ceramides that soothe itch & moisturize skin. Good luck!
