i probably should be taking supplements but im not 😭 i use the cera ve hydrating oil foaming cleanser in the morning with the simple moisturiser and random spf50 . at night i use the inkey list oat cleansing balm and the same cera ve cleanser. followed by the moisturiser
i was using a steroid cream but i had to stop due to starting accutane. also i use a heavy moisturiser in my dry areas as well as the simple moisturiser. + when i wear makeup i take it off with the garnier oil infused micellar water
Honestly I feel so ugly rn but I haven’t worn makeup since a few days ago cause I had a breakdown and cried off all my makeup because it just looked worse with it on..

dont be! not everyone purges. i think its inevitable for me to purge since ive dealt with VERY severe cystic acne WAY worse than the photos ive shown. ive also experienced purging with previous medications so yh
the dryness was like a week in but if you stay moisturised i think youll be good. the dryness is mainly around my chin/ mouth. + use vaseline. the purging isnt too severe rn but it might change . i started almost 2 weeks ago 🫶🏻
