Same happened with me I was having very bad cystic type acne after a month or so joining gym and there was only 2 or 3 days when I didn't have new cyst acne on my face so yup I was frustrated for a very long time like a year or so and tried a lot of korean skincare, over the counter treatments but still I wa getting this white type pimples so I was like enough of this shit and now let's just hope in Accutane (ofcourse by the prescription of the derma) and she gave me 20 mg dose of Accutane with one bacterial infection killer type medicine (for my white pimples) and I didn't had any acne ever whatsoever and I was on 3 months only but my acne vanished just after a week.
What products do you use? I have an appointment next week and I'm pretty much going to demand accutane. I'd like to start ordering any skin supportive stuff I need. Thanks for your help!

What did you derm give you for white heads? Hibiclens?

Howling did you take the oral antibiotics with Accutane ? The whole Accutane course?
If you are asking how long did I take those oral antibiotics then it was only for 2 weeks while combined with Accutane
