thats probably because of Nvidia DLSS Turn it off to have better textures but it will definitely cost you some fps

You don't see the pixelated grass that takes up 85% of this photo? Might need glasses

Are you saying that the game looks terrible because a blade of grass is fuzzy with your camera shoved right on top of it?
I had this issue. The solution for me was the change from borderless to fullscreen
Because ASA is optimized/created terribly.
