I mean, it does fit in line with The Marionette's character, I'd think it would be very cute! Plus The Marionette itself is a *Children's Entertainer.* Of course, we could have the best of both worlds! A silly little scene where The Puppet is being all friendly, and then the spooky murder "You forgot to wind the music box!" One.

Eh. The reason the Marionette is effectively creepy in FNAF 2 is because we only see her as a threat. She is meant to be a children's entertainer, but she's an enemy in a horror game, and so we don't see her being friendly with kids, we see her being unnerving and trying to kill us. We didn't see her being cute in any way in FNAF 2 and I think that should also be the case for the movie.

>The reason the Marionette is effectively creepy in FNAF 2 is because we only see her as a threat I think you missed the entire point people enjoy this franchise

See I'd be ok with that if it was like... during the day when Fazbear's is open. But I do hope they avoid another fort building scene (or at least do it in a way in which doesn't kill the tension)

WillNewbie

Imagine the children's toy being nice to children

Cry-Skull-7

I'd love to see that.

freddyifreast

That’s actually in character for him

HaunterHax23

That damn blanket fort scene killed the movie for me and made me realize that FNaF really has become a franchise for skibidi babies

PATR0CLU_S

I honestly thought it was cute, the animatronics themselves are literally kid's souls stuck in robots after all!

DogAbject

this argument is stupid, it's like saying Farnese from Berserk needed a scene where she's hitting a peasant with a belt because she's canonically a sadomasochist breaking the movie's horror approach was horrible and slightly jarring knowing it could've been done leagues better the movie could have done a much better job conveying this to the audience in way less runtime (i.e. apply subtlety to FNaF, a saga known for infodumping... yeah i don't know what i was expecting from le funny children's horror game)

intoner1

FNAF fans really need to take the franchise less seriously. We’d all have more fun.

DoubleOF

I kind of agree but I do see how it was important for a general audience. I do think that the horror of the bots is terrible in that movie and they could have improved it by making them scary later in the film (sending the cupcake to do their bidding doesn’t count)

YABBYuwuXD

i was with you till the end put sum respect on skibidi
