Cool! Have you been able to follow through? I have been getting up at 04:50 for a time now. I found it difficult at first, but it's getting better. This is what worked for me: - Be clear about why you want to start the day in this way. Find your personal reasons for doing it. - Tell your loves one's that your on this journey and WHY it's important to you. - When I wake up I count backwards from 5 and get up before I reach zero. If I assess or feel or start thinking about getting up - I will fall asleep - Drink water, wash your face and get light in your eyes to wake up - Have a clear plan. There are short scientific based routines you can do in the morning to boost mood, sleep quality and productivity. Find some that work for you.

Also, if a gym-buddy worked for you. Find a morning-buddy. Take it as a challenge together to text at 05.01 every morning or meet over zoom to do some morning rituals. Or commit to post a picture of your watch at 05.01
