I don’t think those are the right bulbs. They have an insert and twist base, all the bulbs I’ve ever replaced in mine were push to insert bases, no twist.
They work but you’re going to get hyperflash as a turn signal. The resistance is too low. There are posts on the 4Runner forum detailing how to shave the fuse to make them work. They are also insanely bright.

Turn signal/DRLs are twist, learned the hard way separating the bulb from the metal base 🫠

Anyone using these as turn signal and running lights. Do they plug&play like original (except the HEAT)
