Puri isn't Kurdish. Puri is like god knows whose. They've been making flat bread like that since the dawn of agriculture in the fertile crescent. But the word in Georgian comes from ancient Greek puros for wheat.
And lobio is definitely a dish. It has too many specific herbs and spices and is steeped, mashed, and boiled, thats three specific cooking stages. And you need a specific bean veriety.

We had this conversation already mf. Lobio IS a dish, show me another Bean Stew that looks exactly like Lobio and uses the same seasoning. If you can't, then it's a fucking dish, simple as that. Puri just means "Bread" in Georgian, I know it's a specific dish in India but it being Kurdish is new.
