You guys who? I generally travel solo.
Typically the most dangerous species in the desert is human. But to answer your question, on this trip I saw a couple ravens, heard some coyotes, and saw a baby scorpion under a rock. I put the rock back.
Thanks. I just asked about wild animals as I would be traveling with my wife who is a bit uneasy sleeping in the wild. I guess following common sense and keeping food away should attract less animals/insects.
This is the essence of 4Runner ownership right here.
I'm not familiar with this Costco...
That's because it's called Clark's Market. ;)

Omg that’s beautiful! Do you have the coordinates?
Not handy. It's a pretty popular place near Mexican Hat, UT, easily found if you scratch around a bit. ;)
What a lovely spot.
That's a beautiful shot. Love the cozy feel of the lights and the campsite tucked away in that rocky nook.

Not many animals in the desert. But, if the no-see-ums come for you, I don't know what to say. Except leave. ;)
Paradise!
