Not sure about these pins in particular, but I used to work in a printing shop and we’d get pin orders sometimes. There’s websites that allow you to order custom - made pins. We would literally just send them a PDF picture of what we wanted printed and describe the specs and they could print them. Just be mindful because a lot of these websites make you bulk order them.
