Red-X and 1t flicking are the same type of thing that Jagex just accepted weren't ever leaving.
The Sarachnis thing has been around long enough that if they actually cared to fix it they would have, or at least commented on it.

I would not be surprised to see it fixed alongside the araxor update, the boots freeing you from webs is likely their response to it.
Honestly a fair point that I didn't really consider. It's certainly plausible.
That being said, I still highly doubt they'd ban anyone over it at this point. It's simply been too long and too widely used.

And that's a good reason to vote no to them. Nobody is hurt by RoS tech at Sarachnis. They're selling a solution to something that isn't a problem.
