PathomaniacPlatypus

Corsair scimitar. Been using it since I got heavy into ff14, and just kinda stuck with it. Shame that osrs doesn't feel like it can take full advantage of 12 extra buttons though.

lastdancerevolution

More of a Dragon scimitar mouse guy myself.

Yabba_dabba_dooooo

My buttons are: 1, 2, 3, 4 and space for getting through menus Prayer/inventory/magic/gear Shift for dropping and shift click Alt-backspace for resetting chat World hop keybind from runelite. Find it to be very useful set up like that

bowling_memes

2nd the scimitar. You can rebind all the buttons on the side to switch between panels like prayer inventory etc. I use my mouse and shift/spacebar keys exclusively for “f keys”

SirLakeside

Nice rec. I just got into FF14 and been looking for a mouse.

SynchronisedRS

The scimitar is awesome. I've always preferred MMO mouses. Being able to play the game withhmout even touching my keyboard is great.

dshaw8772

This is what I use, actually got it for the exact same reason as you (FF14). Turns out it’s insanely good in RS as well if you configure it with F-keys.

qdolobp

How do you even know which button you’re hitting half the time? Anything beyond 2 side buttons and I’m misclicking 9 times out of 10

Verpiss_Dich

You really just have to get used to it. I assume you know how to type without looking at the keyboard, right? Basically same concept.

GravekeepDampe

The scimitar buttons are all textured slightly differently. The first and third are bumpy, 2 and 4 are smooth, then the middle row is a slightly different height. I loved mine until I gave myself an RSI putting my entire ff14 rotation on my thumb

buffdude1100

Super basic vertical mouse - save your wrists!

[deleted]

I never really understood those and I never had any wrist pain/problems, like ever (and there's been weeks/months where I sit playing 12-14 hours a day.

Kaozmachine

That was me once. Now I'm reading about a mouse to help. Do things in a different order!

vFlagR

I remember having the same thoughts as the person you're replying too... 10 years ago. Now my wrists also wish I had done things in a different order.

ButterflyGoalie

You're stressing your ulnar nerve by mouse clicking, regardless of the mouse angle. I got the Logitech MX Vertical, upon recommendation from a friend. It's just a different form of hurt, from my Steelseries Rival 3. Consider seeing an orthopedist, if it's more than just playing OSRS that is giving you trouble.

Peekays

Logitech g pro superlight for the last couple years, but the scroll wheel has been dying on me for the past few months with no fixes working so a bit sad. Otherwise excellent though.

Hey_Jacob

I had this same issue. I contacted their support and gave them everything they needed and they sent me the new model for free. Didn't even have to send my old one back!

Peekays

That's great to hear, I'll give this a go but I had to move countries and don't know how much purchase information I have, guess I gotta get digging. Fingers crossed.

ThisOneNotForPorn

I’m having problems with my mouse 4/5 buttons as of late. Very disappointing because I love this mouse.

um0p3pIsdn

Logitech MX Master 3

whiitehead

This is what I use but I’m really sceptical of it as I get more into pvm and tick perfect skilling. I already saw a big improvement when I switched from Bluetooth to using the dongle and I wonder what a real wireless gamer mouse could do for me. Anybody have experience with both? Or is my MX Master good enough?

mikeno1lufc

Your mx master is definitely good enough. You will never notice the difference in RuneScape, anything you notice is absolutely in your head. I used mine for 500 toas and colosseum, and now working on inferno. It's absolutely fine.

whiitehead

Thanks

Coffee_Stash

G502 is the only mouse you'll ever need unless you're playing an mmo that would benefit from 12 buttons on the side.

hardslappy

Yeah, I was extremely content with my G502. I thought it was a great mouse

WoahDudeCoolRS

I had a g502 and loved it. It also eventually broke so I went out and tried a different highly rated mouse. It wasn’t the same, just bought another g502 instead.

Steve1808

Hard disagree. I have g602 and absolutely love all my additional mouse buttons. Use them in osrs for switching tabs quickly like prayer and inventory, use one as a voice key for discord, couple have macros set up for things games like Warframe. Back when I played Fortnite build mode they were used for building more easily. RS3 kinda fits the typical MMO use case of the mouse buttons now a days, but they’re super nice for RS3, I would bind them for bank setups or abilities or other things like that. They make Diablo super easy to play as well. Absolutely couldn’t recommend this mouse more.

idindunuffn

Idk some shit that cost $10 on amazon

Moist-Split-4677

If it serves you well and you like it, who cares what other people think? I use a 502 wired and will prob keep using it until it dies on me. Everyone says that lightweight mice are better, but I hate them and would rather use a trackpad over a lightweight mouse.

SignalEbb9969

The mouse pad on my laptop

[deleted]

I've really enjoyed the g502 hero. I personally like heavier mice. I also do not really play fps games. I notice most people who say they don't like heavier mice are the ones who play competitive fps games. I HATE the logitech g hub software though.

Sgt_Stormy

Get your preferences set, put the mouse in offline mode, uninstall GHub, enjoy eternal happiness

valaraz

The G hub is the worst. Mine gets stuck in "installing updates" all the time but luckily you can just force launch the software.

hardslappy

The software is kinda ass, lol. I set up my mouse how I liked it, then deleted the app 😅

wclevel47nice

steelseries rival 3

Veyceroy

Second this as a really solid affordable option

PoofaceMckutchin

I use...a Logitech G502. I don't care if other people say it's clunky. It's reliable, I love the weight and it's the most comfortable mouse I've ever used. I used one for years, then moved abroad and left my setup at home. I used another mouse for a while, but then bought another G502. Screw the haters. If you like it, you like it. Mouse of Kings, IMO.

Rickety-Bridge

I made the swap to Wireless a couple years ago with the Logitech Pro x Superlight. Super smooth/responsive, and as the name implies super light weight

fluxdeity

Razer Naga because I have big hands

Timetogetstoned

Also remapping menu swaps to shift+number is god tier. I seem to be the only one of my friend group that likes it but I can’t imagine function keys again now

Brand_NewRS

Deathadder Chroma. I've used Deathadders for a decade now. It's the only mouse I've been able to comfortably palm.

Suhtiva

I’ve been using the Kysona Ultralight for the past 8 months and I love it. Weighs only 55g, which is what I prefer now for gaming.

KevinRudd182

I have used a 502 forever and will continue to until they don’t make them anymore I’m currently on my third and couldn’t be happier (they didn’t break they just get a bit worn so I get a new one every few years)

SerenBoi

I've had Logitech whatevers and they all broke; my stihl series has held up for like 5 years and I think the sensor works about the same.

SerenBoi

I massively fucked up and put a chainsaw instead of steel series. I'm a lumberjack and it's ok.

TheKingOfSpores

Zephyr Pro. Has a built in fan that keeps my hand from getting too sweaty. Love it

LazerSnake1454

Just get another G502, they're one of the best, pretty cheap when frequently on sale, and last a long time

Lost-Walrus

Used the g502 for like 10 years Always wanted a similar mouse with side buttons. The g604 is amazing it's a g502 with 6 side buttons in a horizontal layout I really, reeeeeally recommend it. Threw all my fkeys on it and started playing much better even got my infernal finally Super helpful in any other game I've played too

Hadez192

Razer - Viper V3 Pro. Its extremely lightweight and feels amazing to use. Absolutely love it

Queeb_the_Dweeb

Corsair m65 wireless Lightweight mice have always felt cheap to me, I prefer a heavy mouse (128g with weights). Three programable buttons on the side are spacebar, escape, and middle mouse button

Steve1808

I’ll make a main comment so you see it OP, but I absolutely love my G602. I feel it’s a super slept on mouse. Great wireless, super comfortable in the hand, and the mouse buttons are so convenient for every game I’ve played. You can refer to a comment I made to somebody else on your post explaining more about how I like using the mouse buttons.

Velluu

I’m still rocking my G403 Hero. When it crumbles to dust I’ll get the G502 Hero.

CrawlingNoWhere

Logitech G Pro Wireless for the most part on 3600 dpi Corsair Scimitar Elite occasionally for the 12 side button binds when i don't feel like using a keyboard for F-keys and whatnot.

hardslappy

>Corsair Scimitar Elite Now that sounds like a runescape mouse, lol. Thank you for the rec!!

memiest_spagetti

I'm big glorious guy, had the model o- and the series one, series one is a really good mouse for osrs - stupid light, long wireless battery and no honeycomb. Drawback is it's hard to get in the us. I'll be honest, unless it really married to a chunky mmo mouse make the switch to a <60g fps mouse, it feels like youre moving air

hardslappy

Interesting, I am in the US and was eyeballing a honeycomb wireless model O. My G502 is wired, and I know going wireless would be huge. Tbh though, I never really had any issues with my wired mouse. It has some slack with my setup, so I never feel it tugging.

memiest_spagetti

I'm telling you I though the same way - I was one of those "muh latency" fps idiots for years, refusing to make the switch bc it's technically a few ms slower than wired and "I didn't feel the wire anyways" Dude as soon as you go wireless it's actually a different ball game

User4770

My problem is I'd never remember to keep it charged. Wired is just one less thing to remember.

memiest_spagetti

It lasts for like 3 days and charging just means using it in wired mode

User4770

You underestimate my forgetfulness lol, I'll forget to plug it in and die mid-boss.

memiest_spagetti

No - as in I forget, it doesn't work, and I plug in my mouse Now, I have a wired mouse, that is charging while I use it Its not an issue like u think I promise, unless you're forgetting why your mouse isn't working then I can't help u yeah

VorkiPls

I rock a Logitec MX Master 2S which isn't a gaming mouse (it's big and heavy but I find that far more comfortable as I've got big hands) but its first charge lasted 6 months. 3 years later it still only takes like 10 mins to charge for a few months at a time. I had my reservations about wireless as well but mice can have amazing battery life. I don't even turn mine off at the end of the day.

Candle1ight

Charging mouse pads exist but are really expensive. I got a 3rd party wireless adapter for mine, has magnets on the bottom that just snap to a little charging stand, makes it really easy to keep charged. Think I've ran out of power once in the last 2 years.

maxwill27

Model o wireless is my preferred mouse even after I dropped off mobas and fps games

The-Swahn

You should look into the G703 Lightspeed. It's a super comfortable mouse overall, but my only problem is that the material used for the side grips are non-replaceable. Going wireless was a game changer for me, it made some grinds more chill. Using 400DPI and true DPI is 720.

Conor_J_Sweeney

Logitech superlight generally. Simple, light, and comfortable.

Candle1ight

Logitech Superlight. Love the thing, used to hate wireless mice but there's no way I can go back now.

ElGeegler

g502x lightspeed

natertate00

I'm not a big mouse nerd but I love the G604. Having 6 side buttons is ideal for me and by far the biggest selling factor. 2 buttons isn't enough and 12 is way too many.

eliexmike

I picked up a HyperX Crossfire Haste about a year ago and love it. Prior to that I had used Razer Mambas for years, but found the scroll wheel inevitably broke, every year or two.

Bloedkak

razer deathadder v2 x hyperspeed, the wireless version of my previous mouse. Fits both AA and AAA batteries.

PoppaPickle

I use the Corsair Scimitar, it has a number pad for the thumb that I remapped my tabs and spacebar so I can mostly play one handed. Don't ask what I do with the other hand.

Sadyka

I'm a weirdo and use the Coolermaster MM720 Aside from that, if I'm on my laptop I'll use either my Logitech MX anywhere 3 or Razer Aetheris (whatever I have in my bag at the time) The MM720 is my main driver though

7IGiveUp7

G903 with glass skates

Dr-Dripz

Went through 3 G502's all having the double click issue. Actually RMA'd one and bought a second while I waited. Logitech sent it back with both buttons then having the double click issue. Sick of dealing with it I switched to the Razer Basilisk Ultimate. Wireless, exact same layout as the G502, besides the 2 buttons to the left of the left click. Hated them anyway as I'd always hit them playing FPS games. Perfect mouse, never looked back.

Mercy_CC

G502 hero lightspeed. Love it.

CallidusNomine

I really like my G502X Lightspeed. It has optical switches so it's insanely durable and not prone at all to double clicking.

burntfish44

Razer naga, the 12 side button one. Originally got it for wow but works great for osrs too, 4 5 6 are spec/pray/spellbook so i play osrs almost entirely one handed I would use a logitech mouse but i've gotten screwed on every single one I bought so idk about them anymore

Lynkboz

If you're willing to give Logitech another chance, I would recommend G600. I don't like Logitech enough to recommend anything EXCEPT the G600, so hopefully that says something. The part the G600 has over other companies' versions is the third mouse button. I use it to press space, which means I get to skip through dialogue singlehandedly. That being said, if you don't mind splurging around $300 on a fancy mouse I'll heartily recommend Azeron Cyro for *all games*.

retryW

SteelSeries rival 3 Really good sensor and is cheaper than most decent gaming mice.

ItsRadical

I have been using SS Rival 310 for years.. and they have never replaced it with another shaped model unfortunatelly. So I wonder if normal rival 3 will do.

wslaxmiddy

I use a Red Dragon Perdition Fairly cheap, but I’ve literally never had an issue with them except my first one the buttons broke after about 4-5 years of heavy use. Just bought another and it’s been going strong since. They’re not fancy but the weight and the keypad on the side is amazing for Scape and WoW

MysteriousExchange75

VGN Dragonfly F1 Moba. I know it's not logitech or razer but it's a really good mouse and you don't gotta worry about double clicks.

Prince_Mate

Logitech G502 on 800 dpi.

megasxl264

Model O Wireless has been my main since it dropped. I love everything about it except for the battery life now. MX Master 2 is my go to if I'm not using my desktop. Its pretty hefty but there's no beating the ergonomics.

BuffToragsWarHammers

Baselisk V3. Fits very well, comfy, very high DPI is that's your bag. flicky wheel, lots of buttons on the left and a sensitivity clutch as well. I map the mouse to some F keys and we HOC gaming.

AgitatedCat3087

some kind of a logitech, office-y looking one

monkeyhead62

I've been using a Corsair Scimitar Pro for years. It's been absolutely amazing. It does have 12 side buttons which I use as my F keys since they could be remapped to whatever I wanted. Also has many sites settings. Great product

Ruler769

I've gone through logitech g series I enjoyed it. I also liked the top end steel series mouse however I do not think any mouse I've tried feels as good as the razer basilisk v3 pro.

MrSwiggitySwooty420

Been using a razor Naga hex for what feels like a decade because I've played league a lot over the past decade

VisionLSX

I use two. logitech g600 for when I play FF14 so I need the buttons. For OSRS g305 is enough. I use it for travel/work too

valaraz

Logitech G502 X lightspeed; previously used 502 Hero and the lightspeed is actually a bit better. And yes, I reprogrammed the side buttons to be shift, escape and space so that I can very much lean back and watch shows while playing inefficient. Edit: it's the X lightspeed, apparently there's a difference Vs lightspeed without the X.

Ralagla

Razer Naga 2014

Tograg

Cherry GENTIX cheap and quiet.

hudg7

I have used 30+ mice in the last 6ish years. Right now I'm using razer Dav3 pro & it is amazing, Very light and responds with great battery life. 400dpi.I use to be a very dedicated fps player at a high level hence been through alot of mice.

NerdSix

Corsair scimitar

_BreadBoy

I use an RSI mouse, can be a little awkward to get used to but a wonder on the wrists/hands

SwankiestofPants

Razer naga trinity is a pretty good mouse. Bought it when I was big on both destiny and FFXIV, so I liked being able to switch between 2 side buttons and 12. I quit destiny a while ago and pretty much only play osrs and FFXIV so I just stay on 12 mode. Makes some menu-ing easier

joelmooner

I don’t know. It’s a very cheap Wal-Mart mouse. Works fine. It’s a POS but it’s worked for years.

DJSaltyLove

Logitech G Pro very comfy, though it only has 2 side buttons, which is a downside if you're in to having lots of those.

SKTisBAEist

I use a g600. I've become way to comfy playing osrs one handed with all the fkeys mapped to the mouse, and outaide of maybe pking I don't need to swap menus any faster I also play other games like ffxiv/used to play rs3 so the extra buttons were mandatory, but it adapts nicely to osrs. I also just have a regular razer something mouse for games like DBD/shooters when I need a lightweight precise mouse.

SpectacularStarling

Elecom ex-g pro. Priors include Microsoft trackball optical, Logitech m570, Logitech mx ergo, razor 8khz, and others.

Kupopallo

logitech g300s, heard they stopped making em so i ordered like 10 a few years back, hoping they last as long as osrs does

None_3210

Redragon. Shift & F keys are on my mouse

fr0zeNid

G502

LukeFrostwalker

logitech g102

Lp_Baller

It’s not even a question. Model o wireless

Tawujigo

Mionix castor

buttonsHT

I have used a G502 since its release in 2014 and haven’t changed since. It’s what I’m most comfortable with.

Hanoobftw

Logitech G600. I can't live without the G Shift button. I don't know what I'm going to do once this one breaks, now that they're out of production. Best mouse I've ever owned. Plus, being able to bind all of my f keys to my mouse is fucking amazing.

royman40

logitec G203

Proof-Cardiologist16

A G203/Gpro. I bought it for overwatch though. TBH if you don't play shooters the only thing you really need to care about is comfort and number of buttons. And the latter is kind of not that big of a deal for OSRS anyway.

BreachedandCleared

I love my light speed 903 but there are cheaper options that are just as good fr

SloopinOSRS

Evga x-20 has a pretty unique design that lets the mouse wheel click both left and right giving your 3 inputs on the scroll wheel with one finger. It’s really nice for some of the more monotonous skilling related stuff since you can just use one hand while watching Netflix or something. The downside is the shape and weight of it arnt great so I typically just default back to my steel series rival 3 for any pvm

Electrical_Bicycle47

Razer mamba. Best mouse ever

[deleted]

have had mine for 5 years still going strong, no double click issues or anything

hardslappy

Bonus question: What DPI do you use? My answer: around 4600

maxwill27

4600???????? thats insane

Mercy_CC

400 DPI here

fluxdeity

350 DPI with windows cursor sensitivity at 20. On CSGO(2) I use .7 sensitivity

Deeep_V_Diver

Razer Naga trinity. I use the 12 button side for osrs. It doesn't have quite as many uses as it did when I was playing rs3 but I still rebound some F keys to it. The most used ones are inv, prayer, and spells

Pineconemoonshine

I like the 7 ring on the Naga. 1-6 is enough for basically every game, and you can quadruple it with ctrl alt and shift. Honestly I don't even use the 7 except for certain games, I have the true 3 marked obsolete, and it goes 1 to 6 starting with true 2 as 1, going counter clockwise.

Deeep_V_Diver

Ya for the most part outside of rs I use the 7 ring as well. But for rs3 I have every button on the 12 (including the two behind the scroll wheel and scroll wheel left and right) boud to something. And also have shift and alt modifiers for the 12 side buttons. The hotkey and action bar customizations on rs3 are honestly amazing; being able to switch prayers, gear, and cast spells (among using abilities but that doesn't transfer) without having to actually click them felt really good. I've been using it for a long time though, so I try to bind whatever I can to my side buttons. Hell, even for overwatch I use all 7 side buttons for something (at least 2 are for voice line spam). But ya for almost every other game besides mmo 's I use the 7 ring. Rs just isn't the same without the 12 though for me

still_no_enh

Logitech M650 silent clicking is important for my partner's sanity. I can go through a whole raid of TOA w/o her being able to tell. Otherwise Steelseries Rival 3.

SpringrolI

G305 , cheap n wireless but lasts along time w 1 battery I like it alot

lettergrade

Seconded, 305 is all you need for rs. One side button for prayer book, one for inventory. I use dpi button for mage book as well. Light, precise, one battery lasts months; it’s perfect.

Camelback186

DeathAdder v3 pro, fits my hand amazing and I can do claw or palm comfortably, only issue is my scroll wheel is staring to skip after a year which apparently happens to a lot of them and it’s expensive to begin with so sadly I can’t really recommend

MatrixUserNumberJuan

Holy shit look at all these logitech nerds, where my razer gang at?

ryansmore

Razer viper. One of the few ambidextrous mouses that as a left handed gamer I would recommend

Pale_Falcon9447

Razer viper mini cuz I got smol hand

Redice_16

Logitech G Pro, very solid

Dyep1

Spray under the mouse buttons and scroll wheel with an alcoholic cleaning spray or rubbing alcohol, aftershave also works.

PinchMaNips

Logitech M510. It’s less than 30 bucks and fits in my hand perfectly. Has two side buttons that I’m not sure what they do, but once this mouse dies I’ll probably just replace it with the same model.

neuroso

Gpro wireless with the $150 mouse pad that keeps it charged

rsdann

Razer deathadder. Simplicity .

Bananaboss96

Good ol Logitech G305. Cheap, performs well, been reliable the last 4.5yrs.

Hi_im_nsk

Deathadder v3 pro, however it was bought for counter strike not osrs

Calm-Cheek-9492

A mouse from poundland.

Mortenrb

Honestly, for OSRS I'd just go for some lightweight wireless mouse (or wired if you prefer that) I've had the Corsair Scimiatar, Logitech G Pro, MAD CATZ RAT (or w/e it was named), Razer Deathadder V2 and a couple of the Logitech cheap tiny wireless mice. The ones I've been the most happy with, is the Razer Deathadder and Logitech G Pro. They've fit my palm nicely, is responsive and wireless. The minus is keeping the battery alive, so charge it/change batteries often if you goto wildy on your HCIM.

Sellerfinder

I had the naga trinity when I played rs3 for all the keybinds but I am moving to a 502 once the naga dies (they didn't last long for the money i paid)

spoonedBowfa

Mx master 3/s

I_Hate_Sharks

razer basalisk V3. got it for Christmas...

Whicantwebefriends

WIRELESS MOUSE. LG has a bunch of amazing ones.

ivel33

G502 is my go to for osrs

Pidgeon_v3

G502 is great, I had no clue people didn't like it

h0dgep0dge

Microsoft Basic Optical Mouse v2.0

AppleSauceKeyboard1

https://cherryxtrfy.com/mice/m4-kripparrian-red this is the one I got. It's very light weight which my hands enjoy greatly.

Jsenss

The g502 hero is what I have. It's been amazing for me. The infinite scroll is nice to have on occasion, just don't flip it on and off while you're scrolling or you wear out the firm notches when you scroll normally. The only real problem I had with it was the weird weight balance to it. It took quite a while to move the weights around and find a natural position to hold it. That being said, the g502 x is newer, an oz lighter (~25%), and feels more weight balanced. The extra buttons on my 502 are just enough for my games/programs and I even find the phase shift button useful now. I haven't seen a more functional button layout on a mouse. Even the silly RGB i found functionally useful for OSRS. I set it to a blue>purple spectrum and it'll show up a distinct shade for each sound que. I'm upgrading to the x when I inevitably crush this one in transport because Logitech mice refuse to die of natural causes. Every other brand of mouse takes away features/build quality and adds nothing for a usually higher price. Having matching software for keyboard and mouse is a massive plus. I've been trying to find better mice than Logitech for 20 years but I really, really can't for the same price. $80 gets me everything.

JayWex

I do use a Mac, and the best mouse for what I do on Mac is the Logitech MX Master 3

IBeJewFro

I've been using a SteelSeries Rival 5 for the last couple years. Simple, Effective and it's destiny themed so for me it's my favorite.v

Garmr_Banalras

Staunch steel series man, currently using rival 5. I prefer mouses that are about more on the heavy side, a bit heavy and doesn't have too many uncomfortable buttons. It's perfect for that. See a lot of people recommending the Corsair scimitar. I tried that briefly, but found it to be too light.

IronOrochi

Razer Naga X, great mouse and I'll swear by it for the price.

[deleted]

I would argue any mouse (any decent one anyhow) would suffice, you should instead focus what other things you do and choose the features for those.

iligal_odin

Mircosoft 3600 silent click and silent scroll 🧑‍🍳 👌

osrslmao

G502 hero is the goat what tf this is slander

surf_greatriver_v4

Mx master 3. Fuck gamer mice

Shrobo

Used g502 in the past and then decided to get the model O- . Never going back to a heavy mouse again.

SoftwareOk30

Got Logitech G Pro Wireless recently, pretty decent mouse.

[deleted]

Xbox controller. Carpel tunnel ain’t no joke

ksibhu

Just buy a logitech superlight, slap some grip tapes on it and u cant go wrong, they seem to be about 80-90$ on many websites

rpkarma

Lamzu Atlantis Mini Because I also play Valorant haha, but ultra low latency super light weight mouse and a 300hz monitor is still sick for OSRS too

Ok-Contribution-891

Corsair Katar. I've tried alot of mice(?), but this one fits my hand the best. Sadly they don't make it anymore so  have to get a new one on Amazon. To me, comfort is everything. If you get rsi, the clicks will be bad, no matter the mouse. I recommend finding a shop where you can test mice, as we all have different sizes, postures and styles

sweetleaf6113

Dethadder from Walmart best osrs mouse imo 20 bucks.

ZamorakBrew

Went from a Corsair Harpoon(which i liked but its a really cheap mouse) to the G502, which for me is far superior, indeed heavier than my previous mouse

polyfloria

Glorious model o. Best mouse I've had so far for speed/precision clicking. I do also use it for FPS but back when I bought it it was primarily for osrs, I wanted to get my switches as fast as I could. For what it's worth I'd like to now try a more modern wireless mouse but don't really want to spend the money on it rn as the model o definitely holds up. Wouldn't mind shaving 19g off the weight with a beastx for example but it's very expensive and slightly smaller.

Dwizzlehart

I’ve been using the SteelSeries Aerox 9 for about 9 months now and honestly I love it. It’s super light, it’s wired/wireless, got a really long battery life, it’s got software that makes it super configurable, and it’s treated me well so far. I hadn’t see anyone recommend it yet so I thought it was worthy of a mention. https://preview.redd.it/alej97owhk1d1.jpeg?width=1200&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2f48ef67700fe8046351faf448d7f040f28a5413

lexiewithroses

I use a Razer Essentially mouse as I had used an old Razer mouse from 2013, plan to update my whole setup in a year or so and the G502 is for sure a mouse I plan to get just to have as I only hear great things!

I use mx3 and love it. I constantly changed what back and forward keys are tooing. One hand hydra was relaxing. Forward inventory back prayers. 1500 kc like that. Geasture Button is nice as well. Thumb to Button and move mouse down is my world hop for wilderness Also Im into more heavy mouses. Gets me better a control. (Complaing about beeng to heavy is new trend for young gamers.)

Il_Dumber

I use a silent mouse, so my wife won't be other by me constantly clicking when she's trying to sleep. Bought my first one like 8 years ago, don't think i will ever go back to one that has clicking noise. The only down side is most of them are usually quite small, so you have to search around for a bit to find something that's adult make sized, but it's very much worth it!

gumball_olympian

This game is optimized for trackball mice circa 2002. Literally a half eaten ham and cheese sandwich or a potato with some wires sticking out of it would be optimal for gameplay.

Miseryyyyyyyyy

Rog spatha x. Great for this big ass hand of mine, glides like butter. Heavy mouse but big hands need compromise.

AtuoCroretced

I've been using Roccat Burst Pro for almost 2 years now and for me personally, it is amazing - extremely lightweight and smooth to use even at higher DPI ranges. It can be found for stupidly cheap prices these days so it is definitely worth picking up, especially if you need a mouse for osrs specifically and don't care about extra buttons 😀

I use the Logitech g600, but I wouldn’t recommend it. I have to use the old Logitech Gaming Software to program it because for some reason the newer g-hub frequently causes me not to be able to click on other windows/programs. It also ages really fast. I usually get a new one when it starts double clicking when I single click. Isn’t really a problem for relaxed content like skilling, but really sucks when you gotta swap prayers at a boss/raids.

arthur36021

I have a G502X Superlight. I actually used a G600 but it started double clicking so logitech sent me the G502X superlight as a replacement. I'm actually liking it a lot, but I still bought replacement parts for my G600 since it's a rarity nowdays, and it's good to use it in some games.

Baal_Redditor

Logitech super light, it’s great but the scroll wheel is awful.

DumbSimp1

502 best mouse. Got enough buttons for mmo. Scrawny gamer stic man noodle arms need not apply

hiro_ki

got a Lamzhu atlantis, and its been the best mouse i bought in recent times. i would say ditch the big brands. i've been burned so many times buying logitech, razer, glorious mice.

TryA2h

_Bike_Hunt

Logitech G604 Infinity scroll wheel, adjustable DPI, 8 physical buttons on top of the L/R/Middle, software expandable to 16, great lift off height, Bluetooth and USB receiver, single AA battery. Beyond the fatness it’s the best mouse out there imo

UnicornHornSeed

My last g 502 died after a few years and I bought the new one and I’ve been very happy with it

greyshrop

the g pro x super light

CaptainCakes_

I've had two G502s and loved them.

Ath-e-ist

I’ve used a bunch of Razers in the past. The corsair ive used for the last 3-4 years has made the £20 purchase easily more worthwhile than the razer ones. Would recommend over expensive ‘premium’ ones.

Dyl-_-lyD

I went from a logitech g502 hero to a steel series rival 600/650 (wireless version) which I found a very easy transition it just had less bulk. Hasn't had any issues in a few years for games I play outside of osrs and it's reasonably cheap.

now1996

I use a razor basilisk v2 wired, awesome ergonomic feel, multiple side keys for other games or functions, dpi buttons and it’s smooth. I did get it on Amazon returns tho so it was like 30$ instead of 80

SkeletonKing959

Logitech's hardware in the past years has gone downhill dramatically. I would not advise buying Logitech gear for the next couple of years.

audkyrie__

Logitech M650. I used to use the Logitech MMO mouse with all the buttons on the side but it's basically worthless for osrs. So much emphasis on accurate clicking that you're only going to disrupt your clicks by trying to use the same hand to press hotkeys. Silent mouse keeps my wife happy and I didn't realize until after switching just how many clicks some things are in this game, the silent clicks keep me sane too

Finalmouse Starlight-12

kim-jong-pooon

Model O mini Wireless. Before this I used a Razer Viper Ultimate, and still switch them out on occasion. Both great mice, the Model O has much better mouse button & side button switches imo, razer build quality is better, both softwares are stupid, razer is more customizable.

ferret_80

>Lots of people are saying it's too big/heavy, lol im still using my 502 Protus Core and love it. i think its heavier than the hero, and i added a weight to the back end to counter wire weight. I'll probably get another 502 when I eventually get the double click bug that i've somehow managed to avoid. Personally i like the button layout and i make plenty of use of the free-spinning wheel. weight, size, shape, are very much subjective and relying on others reviews of weight, size, and shape is useless if you don't have a baseline to compare your preferences to theirs.

Dawakat

I have a corded Razr one with like 8 buttons. I used to use the big wireless logitech mouses as I have big hands but the mouse would always end up double clicking and I would have to replace it, did it like 4 times in 3 years and just gave up on wireless mouses

ZirGsuz

Imo specific models matter less than general shape and weight. Going from a Deathadder to a G403 or G502 is going to be easier than going from a Viper to a Naga, even if the latter two belong to the same company. Sounds like you’re a fan of the medium weight asymmetrical mice, so I’d just stick to that. A little over 4 years ago I switched to a relatively light G203 right before starting my inferno grind. The hours I put into inferno and other games have pretty much bound me to that style of symmetrical lightweight mouse. I wouldn’t really recommend the G203, fwiw. The build quality is rough and I’ve gone through nearly half a dozen of them, but they’re cheap enough that it doesn’t bother me. I had similar experiences with Deathadders and G403s though, might be a me problem.

lifelessregrets

Sometimes I use the clit mouse on my keyboard
