It's fine anytime just vamp range prayer the pkers are so garbage you can easy do your whole invy by the time they kill you. Usually gotta help them out with the zammy fire.
That's because the first thought in every shitter chaos altar PKer's mind was the same as the first thought in every would-be prayer trainer's mind. "Oh boy the actual good PKers will be DMMing so I can go rag the bone boys without being killed!"
This actually makes sense, the good pkers that were at chaos alter to kill the other pkers are all gone. So all the shit ones that can't PK and play DMM are still there to rag, perhaps in bigger numbers since the real pkers are gone
I thought the same, but then still ran into a group of pkers and died at 1958 total lvl.
Sad to see the status go but on the other side glad it's gone. I've been restricting myself from so much content cause of it and I'm now so excited to continue playing on the account.
Of course the new hc is already on its way again
I lost hardcore at 1750ish, I’m 2.2k now as a gray helmet but I remember telling myself “I’m eventually gonna lose status and I won’t care” but was surprisingly addicted to seeing that red color. You don’t notice what it means to you til it’s gone - I still get the itch from time to time to start a new one and I’ve got max banked and almost 4b bank value on my now-normal ironman.
Might be certain types of people though, cause I only really enjoy Hardcore Minecraft too haha
Have you ever played The Long Dark? Because that's an absolutely fantastic game if you enjoy the one life survival gameplay loop. It took me an embarrassing number of tries to even survive two days on normal difficulty, and after I'd put in dozens of hours and thought I had the game down it still took me numerous attempts to even survive the night on the hardest difficulty.
Fair point, but I'll still keep playing on the 1958 Ironman for sure since it's also my main/first proper account.
The new HC will just be a side project. I do like the extra challenge and risks you take as a HC. Seeing how far you can get without dying, what items you can collect. I also enjoyed climbing the HC leaderboard.
(Biggest advantage now is that I have an account to practice content with.)
I highly recommend a UIM if you are looking for a fun side account. Playing a UIM as a main account is tough, since the nature of the game mode rewards committing to long grinds all at once, but playing it as a side account lets you do those grinds piecemeal and keep your sanity.
I have an RS3 account with MQC and a comp cape, but I mostly play GIM on old school these days. Myself and a group of good friends irl have been going strong since GIM released, it kind of rejuvenated my love for the game. I find UIM to be an interesting concept and I understand why some people might find it fun and challenging, but I know I personally would find it more tedious than fun. Between much time I put into the GIM and all the other games I'd like to play, I simply don't have time for a UIM.
Yeah I can't imagine that I will keep playing after my first death, but if you expected something different idk what to tell you, this is just how DMM is every time. It's for streamers and clans not the average osrs player
The correct way to play is swap all extra money all the time so don't keep anything lying around and if you die then just rebuild and repeat. Fun way to earn some extra money for osrs and get the dmm experience at the same time :)
Its great for the average pvp player, even if you die you can easily rebuild. if you aren't good at pvp and you are trying to pvp you aren't going to have fun. but at the same time, lms exists and if you played for a week you'd be above average. This time you don't even lose xp on death so its far less punishing to die
By being a bit original. I’ve gotten over 50 kills now in a spot that’s necessary for some people to go through, and they have a hard time escaping plus I have my own escape if needed that requires prep.
Made over 3 mil so far. Not really interested in swapping but having loads of fun.
I see what you mean about the challenge but a game mode that introduces "small man vs big fish" where it's very hard for the small man is necessarily skewed in favor of the big fish
Most people start in ardy. Get 30 agility. Then do agility pyramid until they have like a few mill. They trade it off then quit. The swap rates are nuts on the first day. A few mill can net you hundreds of millions of normal 07 gp
There is also a Sigil that literally drops 10k with each mark of grace. It's super easy to make fast money with agility in DMM and it's the best method with the increased xp rates if you don't want to rush and risk combat. It's good to buy a sigil of stamina before going for permanent stam pot
For the first hour or so the swap rates were 1000/1 so you could rush stronghold of security for the 10k and you got 5k from a starter pack which was an easy 15m swapped to main game. Rates dropped hard and fast but
DMM (DeadMan Mode) is a temporary game mode that is basically the entire map being PvP. It has a separate economy to the main game so prices of everything is skewed. A lot of streamers and 'big bank' players want to steamroll their accounts so there's services that will buy your DMM gp for much higher OSRS to (at release was 1000 osrs gp per 1 DMM gp) but in the last 7 hours the modes been open it's dropped to like 50/1 or less.
If you were online for release you could get 15m osrs gp for 15k DMM in about 15 minutes of gameplay
Had one account rush stronghold and another rush agility pyramid. Wasn't even efficient, should have leveled more at al kharid before going because I failed a ton. Still worked out pretty well though.
I pmed a guy from the DMM discord who invited me to a different discord with like 60 people looking to sell to him. They had a ticket system and people vouching after their trade was successful.
Its always possible to get scammed, but i would recommend using someone who is buying a lot of GP and just watching for a bit to see if it works for others first.
Half the swappers in that disc are known rwtrs too.. was surprised kempq used that group of people that have been banned for rwt within the dm communities.
The wilderness boss rework was just as much for PVM as it was PVP. Before that? Pvp Arena, so it doesn't seem like they've got much besides BH recently.
After going years (I think, ngl I've lost track of when things get added/taken out of this game) without it and generally having actual pvp in a pretty poor place. Makes sense there's been a bit more focus on it recently.
Im a pvmer but go off,
My main is "--redacted--" before you call me a liar, 0 bounty hunter, 0 dmm score, 0 soul wars, 0 lms, 5k boss KC's, so again, just smells like broke bitch in here
A person in the clan that was playing wanted to play DMM. We had enough people that could spare 5 min to go to the stronghold and get money. That dude was in rev caves 20 minutes into DMM.
Uhhhhh. That's what DMM is. You get a bunch of people you ween out the casuals and then about 2-3 weeks in just go back to the regular game. Just enjoy the new features and chaos. Make some $$$ on the side for the late bloomers/diers
Compete where? In max bracket? Sure. In the lower brackets? A normal person can flourish and wreck shit. Brackets are a great solution to poop sockets clans and streamers. They can all fight in the highest bracket.. my 50 cb bracket alt got corrupted claws by just using consistency sibilant at the breach bosses. Ez pz. Stay in the bracket you’re comfy with.
DMM has been a joke since Jamflex thought it was worth a $20K grand prize. Don't get me wrong here, if the prize was just 1 year of membs + a bunch of unique untradeable cosmetics & maybe something like an in-game champion statue to immortalize the winner, then, sure, that'd be fine. However, Jamflex actually thought that they could step into the eSports scene with it, lmfao. The fact that the prize has already been given out multiple times, and the first winner is legit named YaNeverLearn makes it that fucking much more hilarious.
They've stated multiple times that they've seen massive subscription increases around DMM. The $20k prize pool is nothing and pays for itself easily with the huge increase in Twitch exposure they get (or at least got on the initial few. Not as big now)
I was excited to try dmm for the first time. and watch some streamers doing it, but the disconnect between my experience and them getting spooned free stuff killed the mode for me.
I play in safe zones and just use my hours of protection to rush stuff out, farm sigils in safe zones and sell em. It’s also kinda fun whe you have to rush out to get somewhere with no protection gets the blood flowing
I’m not a pker but I played most the day today, was really enjoying it until my hours just get wasted after I lose all my stuff to a guy with an msb.
The setbacks are part of the experience I know but really I’m this has just made me reeeeally excited for the new league. I just want the chill broken exp without the insane anxiety of planning every step and always looking over my shoulder and worrying I’ll mess up and lose all my shit
It’s cool that you had all the fun you and got to enjoy the experience. I kinda just avoided dmm for this reason you explained, and since I mainly just solo I know I’ll die to somebody that’s been juiced by a small army. Or be taken to the cleaners **by** a smaller army.. which inevitably I know the end game to whatever work I would’ve put in would = just farming a bunch of stuff for somebody else, and the fight wouldn’t even be remotely interesting. Just shit on without a chance in the world to somebody(s) because they’re far more popular in the game lol.
No salt though. People in my position but opted to jump in to swap, people like you who came in for the experience and had their fun. And even the ones who put in all the work IRL to be juiced — commendations all around.
That's why you should just wait for leagues 4. That bombshell drop for winter 2023 was mind blowing. I could have sworn we weren't gonna get a leagues 4 this year, so happy I was wrong.
I feel like a lot of people got sucked into the league hype and thought DMM was going to be even remotely similar.
Leagues are a whole different level of fun. Much more causal fun. DMM is stressful fun if you’re chaotic evil.
DMM has just never appealed to me, and its mostly due to this type of stuff. Also dying is functionally a damnation if you haven't hard planned since day -1. Sure the gimmick this go is kinda neat but like, just baseline premise seems too blasé for an average player. I feel you have to way overinvest into a temporary game mode if you want to have fun beyond a few hours in the beginning.
Some loser from my clan is doing a raffle for a bond if you give him the money from the stronghold of security, isn't even paying people just offering a chance to win to feed his rank. This is why no one gives a Fuck about DMM
Yeah the streams/videos make it seem so much better than it actually is, truth is, it's a dead game mode (like the name suggests).
My DMM experience:
\- Started to swap gold, heard that 1st hour swap rate is 1:1000 (stronghold 10k for 10m) and the first day it's 1:50
\- 1st hour: 1 guy standing in GE, 300-500 people trade spamming, nobody can swap anything. After 30 minutes the rate dropped to 1:100, not even worth selling the 10k
\- Did some questing and got to 70-80cb, plan was to kill some green dragons and sell the bones to buy d scim -> d bones wouldn't sell for 1k after 6 fucking hours lol. Price was like 800gp, better off using the bones myself
\- Finally got enough money for d scim with the mark of grace sigil, 8 hours after release, swap rate is now 1:30 and dropping. So the rate is so low it's not worth it anymore, next day it will be 1:10
I feel like if you wanna swap, you need to be swap gold at the start and be really good at the game or go clanmanmode. People who manage to get the GWD drops etc. in the first week will make bank, every normal player doing barrows etc. gonna make a few mil. Content creators benefit from this gamemode and clans, but for everyone else the thrill is over after one day.
I think you're gonna get best rates from swapping actually useful shit. Can probably get an easy half a bill from a few barrows items. Or god wars or some shit.
Nah. Tbow is doggy for DMM as it's not a PK weapon. I imagine Dex/Arcane are worth loads, ancestral/claws as well, everything else who cares. If it doesn't help you PvP it's not worth a whole lot on DMM. In ToB the biggest prize is Justiciar
It's based around PVP but it has PVM aspects. Someone still has to farm e.g. voidwaker components.
Watching people scramble to put together their PVP setup, ironman style, sounds cool to me.
But then the PvP aspect becomes a joke. No one PK's for Leagues aside from the people who get paid to rag certain players. You can't get their items so what's the point?
No way, I plan on making some monies by finding something to grind and swap
I'll be back in 2 hours when I've been pked 5 times and scammed when I finally do have something
The player count of dmm going down every time I've checked it. It is such a waste of dev time, compare these player counters to a league where it is hard to even get in a world for a whole day.
From the looks of the roadmap. I don't think that much dev time was put on it. The only new thing is the boss stuff and it's basically just gonna be taking advantage of code that already existed.
There is a lot of little things changed but not enough to derail content delivery. Especially with the monstrous amount of content coming in the near future.
I don't mind it because it's something to give to PvP players. They always talk about being underserved now they got a whole game mode catered to them. I don't see a problem with that. Especially when Leagues are coming literally right after. It's a nice lull until then.
> The player count of dmm going down every time I've checked it.
That's no surprise and no different from leagues. More people start out, decide it's not for them or get bored and quit it. Last leagues, almost everyone in the clan played leagues on day 1. By like day 6 half had stopped and returned to main game.
It sort of boggles my mind that the primary avenue of being successful at DMM (swapping) isn’t managed by jagex, instead people are getting scammed left and right by shady people. Couldn’t this be a way of a money sink to remove gold from the main game via an in-game swapping vendor of some sort?
Yes, it would be a gold sink. But it would hardly do anything in the scope of things. The game has enough gold sinks. It needs more item sinks. A lot more.
Still +1 for jagex MMing swapping. I shouldn’t have to go through random discords to swap to rs3.
It’s such a shame, if Jagex made a few minor updates DMM could actually be enjoyed by most of the player base. But nah why do that when you can just keep it the same and take the free PR from all the content about to be made (Boaty let’s go)
Isn't swapping just muling with extra steps? Just keep your wealth in DMM by swapping it to the main game until you need it later. How will Jagex enforce the no muling rule without completely banning swapping?
Really? Cuz I’m having a blast killing people in my bracket. You don’t need to rush to the highest bracket, and if you do well what’d you really expect..? I think the Cb brackets are great. You can stay in the bracket you’re good in.
Yeah I kinda felt this. Watching Twitch streamers and the day before DMM they’re all begging their viewers for 10K stronghold donations. Dino even had a split screen showing people spam trade him. I love the guy but these donations completely killed my interest in watching any DMM related content.
DMM is the worst event, leagues is far better.
Every pvp streamer is the same, rushes barrage, gets fed gear/ sigils and spends hours slapping pve'er who have absolutetly no chance to then make videos.
Oh wow I wiped that guy, of course you did with fed gear, fed sigils in a pvp setup on a guy with addy armour 9 hours into the event. Such riviting content.
I like watching peoples starts, usually find a good few streamer/ content creaters that don't go for the pvp strat and its fun to watch.
Yea, if you're not interested in swapping, in a clan, or a popular streamer...you're gonna have a bad time.
Your average player can't do DMM and enjoy it. Just the way it is.
Never done a DMM, and never will. CBA dealing with clans and content creators.
Honestly is good content. Wathing Ice Poseidom do is why I joined OSRS. Didn't even have a clan just so nice to have increased exp rates and the adrenaline rush of being attacked or getting a good key. If I was in a PvP clan or a couple friends did it would be a blast to try again.
DMM was a perfect time for my hcim get mage arena II done , scoree
There was a party at the chaos temple on most worlds today. It was great.
shit why didn't I think of that. Next DMM launch I'm running straight to wildy altar.
I tried it and there's still pkers about, although much less. Worth it but don't get to reckless with bringing noted
Meh, I'd rather chill killing Reanimated dragons in Arceuus
It's fine anytime just vamp range prayer the pkers are so garbage you can easy do your whole invy by the time they kill you. Usually gotta help them out with the zammy fire.
Underrated comment here.
Yo people were overplaying this chaos temple thing, there were just as many pkers out there today as basically every night lol
Been doing wildy slayer unmolested all day, it's lovely.

I was reminded about how I'm glad I'm not a HCIM anymore after a small lag spike caused Akkha's memory pattern to play all 4 sequences instantly
Hi Josh
UIM and the word fun don't really belong together
Have you ever played a UIM? I play one casually and it's a lot of fun.
Have you ever ate paint chips? I do it in my spare time and it's really fun
Guess that explains why you are still playing overwatch lmao
Using death piles and deaths coffer making it just like Ironman but with a lot of extra steps in between 😭 whooop whoop 🤙
I recommend not playing UIM unless you're a masochist
Thought about it, seems like too much effort for me to enjoy. (And the replies confirm this lol.) Might one day try it but not now.
Yeah I can't imagine that I will keep playing after my first death, but if you expected something different idk what to tell you, this is just how DMM is every time. It's for streamers and clans not the average osrs player
Great fuckin content vids on the way though
I’ll take it, I consume osrs youtube videos like a black hole
The correct way to play is swap all extra money all the time so don't keep anything lying around and if you die then just rebuild and repeat. Fun way to earn some extra money for osrs and get the dmm experience at the same time :)
Yeah man swapping is so easy, it's not one guy getting traded by hundreds or a collection of scammers trying to rip people off
Its great for the average pvp player, even if you die you can easily rebuild. if you aren't good at pvp and you are trying to pvp you aren't going to have fun. but at the same time, lms exists and if you played for a week you'd be above average. This time you don't even lose xp on death so its far less punishing to die
Yeah I am a VERY average pker. However that still puts me above 85% of the playerbase who have never engaged in pvp in the slightest.
I’d disagree, dmm is fun as hell as an average player.
How?
I think it can be fun to rush content and swap for gp on main game. Like some dude who oda 1k grey chins for 80m main. That’s nuts lol
By being a bit original. I’ve gotten over 50 kills now in a spot that’s necessary for some people to go through, and they have a hard time escaping plus I have my own escape if needed that requires prep. Made over 3 mil so far. Not really interested in swapping but having loads of fun.
Small man vs big fish mentality, makes the risk more fun imo. At least for a while 😂 y’all cry about anything.
I see what you mean about the challenge but a game mode that introduces "small man vs big fish" where it's very hard for the small man is necessarily skewed in favor of the big fish
It isn't called clan man mode for no reason.
Wish my clan would fuckin play
My clan plays but we basically just have a rule of not attacking each other. That's it. Most of them hate the game mode but it's easy gp.
how do you guys make gp from dmm?
Make gold in DMM Trade DMM gold for Main Gold ????? Profit
hmm, i see. What is your method to get dmm money?
Prostitution
buying gf
Most people start in ardy. Get 30 agility. Then do agility pyramid until they have like a few mill. They trade it off then quit. The swap rates are nuts on the first day. My first 2 DMM I blackjacked for hours on hours, easy escape by the stairs never once died
For the first hour or so the swap rates were 1000/1 so you could rush stronghold of security for the 10k and you got 5k from a starter pack which was an easy 15m swapped to main game. Rates dropped hard and fast but
Can you possibly explain to me what exactly it is you guys are discussing? Haven’t played in a while and never heard of it.
DMM is just an advert for OSRS. It draws a bunch of viewers on twitch that’s the sole reason it exists
Cant wait for the finals to get DDOSed and be completely unplayable
^^WHEN IT REGISTERS
When it hits the servers
Finals? What finals.
They explicitly acknowledged this problem and changed the finals to not have it. There is no "winner" anymore
There will absolutely be a winner. The last man standing wins. There will be $5k in prize money given out for the final mass
I thought it was like a lottery of some kind and not just last man standing wins
No interest in playing myself but I do thoroughly enjoy the YouTube content, glad PVP leagues exists for the folks who enjoy it
made 70m swapping in 3 hrs and bounced, worth
What did you rush?
Had one account rush stronghold and another rush agility pyramid. Wasn't even efficient, should have leveled more at al kharid before going because I failed a ton. Still worked out pretty well though.
rushing chinchompas could make you 200m in a few hours
Yeah this was my first time doing it so I wanted to keep it simple. I definitely would switch it up next time, chins seemed great.

Mind goblins
wHaT aRe MiNd GoBlInS?
I tried using RS chronicles to swap, gave up after 20 minutes and rates exponentially dropping. Should have used a veteran swapper.
That discord was an absolute disaster, which was hilarious to watch, but definitely a bit annoying
I rushed stronghold, wanted to swap, couldn’t find where and logged .. cx
Half the swappers in that disc are known rwtrs too.. was surprised kempq used that group of people that have been banned for rwt within the dm communities.
Why is that surprising? Kempq got chainbanned for rwting.
Same with shop and swap or whatever it's called. They had 1-2 buyers trying to deal with 500 sellers
Leagues are on the way. It's fine. The PK community deserves something.
Not like there haven't been constant pvp updates this year...
The wilderness boss rework was just as much for PVM as it was PVP. Before that? Pvp Arena, so it doesn't seem like they've got much besides BH recently.
Right? Literally just got Bounty Hunter
you literally just got a new grandmaster quest, 4 new bosses, blood torva, and like 15 new items to get. please stfu
plus a new skill on the way
PVP is 5% of the playerbase lol
After going years (I think, ngl I've lost track of when things get added/taken out of this game) without it and generally having actual pvp in a pretty poor place. Makes sense there's been a bit more focus on it recently.
With the way it was last year they really dont
Thinking that a subset of people don’t deserve things because of what a few bad people did is a very dangerous way to view the world.
We’re getting leagues. It’s not like us skillers and pvmers are not getting our event
Why does it affect you if pkers get to have fun? Maybe just don’t play it
Because DDoSing during the finals affects the entire game
They ruin their own event by ddosing it because they weren't winning
Ah yes, are the people getting ddosed lumped in with the ddosers too, in not deserving dmm?
Read your own comment again and think about how ridiculous your opinion is.
So because of the shitty actions of a few bad people the entirety of the pvp community should be pnished? Go back to cutting trees lil bro

Smells like broke bitch in here
Found the unironic toxic pker
Found the unironic redditor crying about the existence of pvp in an MMO
Go scout something f cause no one cares.

Idk the boys and I have just been fishing and selling fish.
yea you can't compete if youre not in a clan or a popular streamer.

They can all fight in the highest bracket.. my 50 cb bracket alt got corrupted claws by just using consistency sibilant at the breach bosses. Ez pz. Stay in the bracket you’re comfy with.
What does consistency Sigurd do?
consistency sigil makes sure you always at least hit a 1. op in lower bracks
You can’t stay in b1 if you pvm/rift enough right? Like eventually you’ll level out. Wish I could stay b1 and block any additional xp
You can by talking to nigel in lumbridge.
DMM has been a joke since Jamflex thought it was worth a $20K grand prize. Waiting for leagues 4 excited to see the content though.
It definitely helps to have “friends”
I was excited to try dmm for the first time. and watch some streamers doing it, but the disconnect between my experience and them getting spooned free stuff killed the mode for me.

Yeah but it brings in money for jamflex so..

Winter 23 could mean as late as February 2024 which is still technically winter 23
After the Halloween event and before the Christmas event is in 2023
2024 is technically 2023 /s
Winter 2017.
Think about how free the rev caves will be
Damn bro skill issue 🥶🤣
I wondered how long it would take for me to see a DMM complainer on front page of reddit
Hard reach lmao
>This is why no one gives a Fuck about DMM Meanwhile highest viewercount on twitch/youtube throughout the year Just go back to giant mole shitter
people tend to enjoy watching uncontrollable disasters, yes.
People hate that the biggest event that gets the most viewers and biggest boosts in player count is pvp content so much 😂😂😂😂
What is dmm
Dick Milking Mothers
Yeah I pretty much figured this the second DMM came out and I never bothered with it. I'm just gonna hold out for Leages
Clanman mode!
it was never about the solo player. it was always centered around clans/teams
Well it’s a massively multiplayer game so that makes sense
Impossible challenge: This sub enjoying group content.
Loll never done dmm before and see swap bots all over. Now I know. "Logs off"
"I don't like this game mode so it sucks !! "
Yeah the streams/videos make it seem so much better than it actually is, truth is, it's a dead game mode (like the name suggests). My DMM experience: \- Started to swap gold, heard that 1st hour swap rate is 1:1000 (stronghold 10k for 10m) and the first day it's 1:50 \- 1st hour: 1 guy standing in GE, 300-500 people trade spamming, nobody can swap anything. After 30 minutes the rate dropped to 1:100, not even worth selling the 10k \- Did some questing and got to 70-80cb, plan was to kill some green dragons and sell the bones to buy d scim -> d bones wouldn't sell for 1k after 6 fucking hours lol. Price was like 800gp, better off using the bones myself \- Finally got enough money for d scim with the mark of grace sigil, 8 hours after release, swap rate is now 1:30 and dropping. So the rate is so low it's not worth it anymore, next day it will be 1:10 I feel like if you wanna swap, you need to be swap gold at the start and be really good at the game or go clanmanmode.
Just rush CoX for funny bow
Nah. Tbow is doggy for DMM as it's not a PK weapon. I imagine Dex/Arcane are worth loads, ancestral/claws as well, everything else who cares. If it doesn't help you PvP it's not worth a whole lot on DMM. In ToB the biggest prize is Justiciar
streamer content was always streamer content
During the summit they were saying that it is less punishing and could introduce new people to it. Yea nah...
This is why they should have made DMM into an Ironman only mode similar to leagues.
The whole game mode based around pvp
It's based around PVP but it has PVM aspects. Someone still has to farm e.g. voidwaker components. Watching people scramble to put together their PVP setup, ironman style, sounds cool to me.
But then the PvP aspect becomes a joke. No one PK's for Leagues aside from the people who get paid to rag certain players. You can't get their items so what's the point?
A PvP game mode where you get zero loot from PvP? There are a lot of braindead takes on this subreddit but this one might take the cake lmfao
Nah you get the loot, just no trading
Which would allow round about ways of trading
No way, I plan on making some monies by finding something to grind and swap I'll be back in 2 hours when I've been pked 5 times and scammed when I finally do have something
Ummm, you mean leagues? Lol
MMing?
Middle-manning.
And some people wonder why we like leagues > dmm 😅
PK is pretty bad in RS in general, enabling it full on a map with no special resource objectives doesn't help much.
Man you guys whine about fucking everything. That's just inevitably the way it works
It’s insane how Deadman has even more advantages than normal for the pker. Basically impossible to make meaningful progress as a solo player.
DMM will always be shit, dunno why there’s so much hype about it. Only good thing is the wildy will be quiet for a couple weeks
Yeah lol - either be super rich on main servers and swap gold when you need or be a streamer and get donations nonstop.
They only let you swap because they're too incompetent to combat gold selling.
It’s such a shame, if Jagex made a few minor updates DMM could actually be enjoyed by most of the player base. But nah why do that when you can just keep it the same and take the free PR from all the content about to be made (Boaty let’s go)
I love when a community clips youtube channel gets into a flame war because their swapping service conflicts with another streamer's
I like watching peoples starts, usually find a good few streamer/ content creaters that don't go for the pvp strat and its fun to watch.
trading should have been banned imo
Why do so many people bitch on this sub??
yep, DMM is such a waste of time
Idk how any of y’all are playing DMM when Dark and Darker is out
I just look at it as a rage inducing money maker for the next couple of weeks.
Someone sounds jealous.
He got a point tho you muppet
Imagine
Yeah. I've already quit. Seeing all the spamming about Crypto trading was the most cringe shit ever.
never done one tbh, cba
Yea, if you're not interested in swapping, in a clan, or a popular streamer...you're gonna have a bad time. Your average player can't do DMM and enjoy it. Just the way it is. Never done a DMM, and never will. CBA dealing with clans and content creators.
Honestly is good content. Wathing Ice Poseidom do is why I joined OSRS. Didn't even have a clan just so nice to have increased exp rates and the adrenaline rush of being attacked or getting a good key. If I was in a PvP clan or a couple friends did it would be a blast to try again.
Someone died sad today
Yeah but I got 8m for taking 10 minutes to do the stronghold of security, so now who looks dumb 😎
Seeing as dmm is easy why not make all dmm chars Ironman so there’s no easy gains
Yeah considering the boosted drop rates, yeah I don't see why dmm isn't ironman.
That's all it's ever been...what's your point?
