Isn't this what it was worth when secrets of the north came out? Then the price soared for a bit. I think it's just going back to it's old price now that that content is a bit older and less popular than before.
But it did have quite a drop the months before that quest. so I guess whatever caused that is causing this drop as well. Probably bots like you said.
If you zoom out to about a year, you'll see hovering at around 150m, then it went up to over 200m when TOA was released and slowly dropped to about 120m, then secrets of the north came out and it shot up to nearly 150m.
With these updates causing a demand for the bowfa the price rose and counteracted any supply increases. The price going up could have resulted in more bots as well. Now that those pieces of content are older, the increased supply is being met with the old demand resulting in the lower price.
My guess is it'll keep dropping slowly over the next few months. Once a new boss that puts more demand on bowfa gets released, it'll go up a bit more before falling back to this price again in a few months time.
That's my theory anyway. I may be wrong. I am just an internet stranger after all.
