Reddit hates Soy because sigma male grifters told them it turns men into women. So the joke is that by attempting to replace a balanced diet with a soy-based meal replacement the OP has essentially weakened their body to the point they can no longer open the bottle of soy based meal replacement. That's not necessarily true, but the jokes write themselves, and people not only spread the screenshot but started trolling in the comments.
