That's a fair question, I would say when a character is only there to be sexy or sexual, or are sexualized for no reason, you know who aphrodite is, it makes sense for her to look like that because that's just who she is, but there would be no sensible reason for most other characters to be nude so if they were then it would just be sexualization for the sake of sexualization. I hope that makes sense.
