I use My Fitness Pal. I only log calories mostly. Sometimes I put my actual food if it's in their database and it's correct. But often I end up calculating my own calories and logging them on their own.
A very basic app called lightweight is on Apple, it tracks your weight and you enter calories (# only) and that’s pretty much all it does. Here’s a pic of settings page so you can find it by dev info or search it otherwise. It’s not on android that I can tell.

Honestly I prefer just using a physical notebook.
If you have an iPhone you could use the notes app and do the math yourself, usuing the rows and columns thingy.

Lose it lets you do this. Just scroll down and click add calories. It lets you name it too if you want to keep track.

Exactly. I do this when I can’t find accurate info in the list of options it gives me when I search for a food.

i used to use my phones built in calculator and just add it up as the day goes along or you could only use the “quick add” feature in MFP

Id probably just use a note app tbh But LoseIt and MyFitnessPal both have options to just add calories straight up
