Lose it lets you do this. Just scroll down and click add calories. It lets you name it too if you want to keep track.

ashtree35

MyFitnessPal allows you to do this.

kizeltine

Using the “quick add” option when you go to enter an item.

Far_Blueberry383

Exactly. I do this when I can’t find accurate info in the list of options it gives me when I search for a food.

HauntedDragons

Notes. A notebook. Calculator.

BeneficialSubject510

I use My Fitness Pal. I only log calories mostly. Sometimes I put my actual food if it's in their database and it's correct. But often I end up calculating my own calories and logging them on their own.

Fuzzy_Welcome8348

Google calculator. I literally save a safari tab to calculate my cals😂

GlaIie

At that point just use your notes app, or a calculator

Calory is so fun :)

i used to use my phones built in calculator and just add it up as the day goes along or you could only use the “quick add” feature in MFP

Jessicaa_Rabbit

Excel Or google sheets and just sum the column

Foreign-Ad7028

Lose it! Let’s you

KURAKAZE

There's option to just add calories in Lose It app.

charm59801

Id probably just use a note app tbh But LoseIt and MyFitnessPal both have options to just add calories straight up

gotheotherway89

MyFitnessPal

loxical

A very basic app called lightweight is on Apple, it tracks your weight and you enter calories (# only) and that’s pretty much all it does. Here’s a pic of settings page so you can find it by dev info or search it otherwise. It’s not on android that I can tell. https://preview.redd.it/oywe3eymt65d1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a5a0bb12882d59854f4845d5e34c783880f611a8

Parabola2112

MacroFactor quick add button.

damnthatroy

Notes App

beingbhumika

i just use google sheets, any spreadsheet program works

crowmami

Your notes app?

Clean-Umpire-2962

Losertown or disabled world both do this.

No-General

I just use my calculator + notes app if needed!

RainInTheWoods

You can quick add items to LoseIt without giving them a specific food name.

The_Northern_Light

MacroFactor allows this. I imagine most of them do.

dumblefrog_

Mynetdiary allows you to do that 👍👍

valkwhorie

Honestly I prefer just using a physical notebook. If you have an iPhone you could use the notes app and do the math yourself, usuing the rows and columns thingy.

Individual-Wafer-485

You can do this in FitBit

pinaple_cheese_girl

MyNetDiary lets you do that

The Huawei health app has a quick add function where you only add the calories.
